/signed we indeed need this feature and imho it should have been on since scramblers were invented and we`ll get another icon to panic about when it flashes
nah, rly, taken realistically, first thing that your nav computer would do when scrambled in real situation is lit up a whole panel with red blinking lights

I always miss the 'you are warp scrambled' message and wonder why the hell I'm not warping out. This. Is. Needed. ---

thankyou
finally someone agrees with me!
i posted this in the workarounds section and they basically couldnt give me an answer
by the way the speed bar changing colour sounds good
red for warp scrambled, yellow for speed scrambled, orange for both and the regular blue otherwise.
this could also work when your cap is being drained too. cap goes red on nos or neutralized

I would say we need a counter that tells how many points we have as a warpcore status indicator.

do you mean number of ships scrambling you
well if so i have the answer
in my idea i said about changing bar colour
well it says warping when warping $N m/s for speed on standard so why not have "webbed to $N m/s" for webbed speed and "navigation jammed. $N m/s" for warp and webbed. for just warp scrambled it would say "warp core inactive. $N m/s"

Good idea. Also would be great if the ship webbing/distrupting you would have some indicator to distinguish it from the ones just shooting. Yea, you can check the logs, but it's kinda slow. ___ P.S. Post with your main. Mind control and tin hats |

maybe the pilot doing the scrambling could be included aswell? it has been used on jamming, it indicates you are jammed and also gives the pilots name.

i always thought that like bountys (pirate skull symbol) for players npcs could have it too except with warp scrambling and webbing etc symbols, not just in space but over the icon in your targets

EVE should have a full out Debuff window like fantasy MMOs. for example it could have web, scram, jam, sensor damp, tracking damp icons each with a counter to say how many are on you. hovering the pointer over the icon would say who is applying that effect to your ship. maybe even have an option to right click the icon and "Lock offending parties"

I don't think I fully approve of "lock offending parties" just because it makes it a little too easy to nail the tacklers. Or not - it would need to be tested.

That would be nice. A buddy lost an assault frig when he got scrambled and we couldn't tell which of the half dozen nearby frigs had him pinned down.

did i sign this .... no
ok signed by me too!! (keep this one high and dry i think out of all the ideas that need something this is the one that needs the attention, it causes the most losses of ships in the game through pve, i know this as i have lost 4 scorpions through not knowing i was warp scrambled(im better now i dont lose them anyways))

You know what would be even better? An icon near the ship on screen or overview that is scrambling you. So you know who to shoot first.

I think more UI indicators for all the types of attacks that are possible would be a great feature, even with the new HP boosts combat can still be pretty short if you get a gang on you, so being able to identify the ships that are scrambling/nossing/damping etc would be really helpful. Maybe they could add a updated UI to the new graphics version coming soon.

Aura should mention it, too. Every time I hear, "You are unable to warp because you are being warp scrambled," I think, "Thanks, toots, maybe you could have told me that when it happened, instead of waiting until I'm doomed."
I swear Aura has it in for me.

This is a wonderful Idea. I'm not normally on the receiving end of a scramble, but when I am, it would sure be nice to know it.
