Due to the current events involving ISS, IAC, D2, and who knows who else. Im starting to get concerned with my investment on ISS. Can ISS clear out some missing points that might be changed due to the current roll of events, regarding the ISS Marginis and ISS Cassini, that investors should know about?
Thank you in advance Brother Benthor

I been waiting for a statement from ISS since D2 Cassini post have been made, and still we got no word... Will investors lose our investments? will investors shares be useless? will investors be refunded? this are a few of the questions I would like cleared out. All I see is ISS looses a station .. ISS looses another station ... ISS ... I shouldn't be doing any questions, they should be the ones providing the answers to clear all questions investors might have regarding the current situation.

Simply put: How does the value of ISS Marginis shares compare to that of say, ummmm, shares in the Venezuelan Electricity Company (Electricidad De Cararacas)? -*-*-*-*-

I highly doubt it. Their actions over the past few weeks demonstrate that they clearly don't care about outpost investors' money.

Makes me sad that ISS with so many investors on their outposts haven't made a statement yet... hmm should we start selling shares? If we have no answers from ISS, personally, I rather have them loosing a Station then me loosing a Investments.

Well Dark Shikari they obviously don't, the should never have gone for f4r, there actions have cost them everything they have built. Regardless of who started hostilities they have now lost there very first outpost.
The time for them talking is over, they should refund the shareholders and start again.

With what isk? All the initial IPO money went into building the outposts, and they were profitable because people paid isk to dock at them, rent offices and buy jump clones. With no station, there's no income.
However, while I'm not even ISS, so this has 0 basis, I'd imagine ISS will issue one last dividends if tycho does fall. Until then, marginis shares are still worth something. As for Cassini, well, you wouldn't be the first people to lose money to an IPO. ---------- It's great being minmatar, ain't it |

ISS I believe spent all their 'personnal' funds on hiring mercenaries and all their public funds I think are being thrown into a counter-attack formula. So the likelyhood of you getting a refund is pretty low. With the refund out of the way, who exactly would pay for the shares of a worthless station?

Hands up all those who helped defend their investment ...... one at the back I can see.
ISS had no chance against IAC/SOD/AAA/D2/GOONS/RED so maybe instead of shouting why why why you should have done a little more and less forum posting.
Its nice to see ZXIC still in their hands and its funny that unless the IAC has half of Eve on their side the fights are fun and even.

I had a theory a long time ago that has now been proven.
The amount of factual information someone has about a subject is inversely proportional to the urge to post about it.

Not my problem, im simply a investor. Do you beat ppl with a stick if the company you invested got the shares going down for any particular reasons? No, You try to obtain explanations/solutions from the company or any other entity related with your investment to try and save/raise/profit/any other thing for your investment.

Then ISS have smart ppl in fact. Thats Fantastic!
I just wanted to know that my investment was safe and you got solutions to keep it safe, and your corp mate already cleared that out for me.

This is just it. People have invested, and are now getting all whiny that their investments may fail. See the people demanding compensation for D2 taking the station in EC-P8R for example.
It's a fact. Investments fail in real life. People loose a lot of money over it. Just because it's a game, doesn't mean you are in any way protected from this.
Incidentally, I think things are moving too fast for anyone to make an informed decision. I guess we'll know more once things slow down.

ZXIC hasn't fallen because we haven't bothered. POS timers there make little difference to us. There are 30+ moons and if we want it we can take it any time we want without the use of a single capital ship. ISS has been utterly removed in any force out of the area, there are no fun or even fights only IAC ganking ISS frigates and cruisers every few hours.
Please don't belittle the truth with a total rubbish post.

Your fight is over. Your leaders are trying to bring BoB in by whining to the public how BoB are the investors in EC- and as for the south... LV is currently tied up with TCF and so are MC.
Unless you pay off some imaginary force to come to your aid or BoB directly siege KDF and the other IAC outposts then your last laugh will be silent.
ISS couldn't fight the war alone and you regrouping alone is like shooting fish in a barrel. When LV ask what is to happen with the ISS catch outposts you better answer them AND FAST. Last time I checked they are your best hope for 0.0 survival and private outpost contracts are one of your best services you offer.

So the biggest capital fleet ever assembled in F4R helped ISS in absolutly no way and they would have easily been able to take F4R from IAC by themselves?
Why does everyone overestimate ISS(N)'s solo fleet and underestimate IAC's solo fleet?
I don't think ISS(N) would stand a chance in hell if it was just IAC and ISS alone this whole time.
