It actually makes Eve players look bad and hurts Eve's image for this blind hate. WoW is a well-designed game, but it is a theme park....whereas Eve is more of a world simulator. Comparing the two is idiotic.

Please explain then why many more people who actually play MMO's as MMO's and not like CounterStrike say that WoW is a sucky game. In WoW you could expect to not be playing much for atleast a week. And CCP have a far better system for maintenance. In WoW they leave it to about 6 hours on every monday or so. Saturday and Sunday ( omg sundays we didn't do anything that might be important) don't expect to be doing much because you can expect the server to crash atleast once. Sundays you might even manage 3-4 crashes. Thats every week.
