It has a nice atmosphere but.... i don't know
played it for maybe 2 days but now i'm just ignoring it. I find C&C Tiberium Wars way more entertaining

THERE's A PATCH being released soon! And it fixes some bugs, not the savegame bug. It's already there for the russians, not for the rest of the community.
I've stopped playing the SP after having to restart a game for the third time due to bugs. I'm not a happy costumor...
I just got this game and I'm loving it. I havent seen any of these bugs and such yet. But hey look on the bright side now you can play Crisis when it comes out maybe.

Did a few searches and there is another ending that you can follow...and also found a tid bit on Strelok ((((you are strelok.. ))))
I highly recommend looking up more background info on the web if possible.

That's what I got. I was just wondering if maybe I had missed something because it made absolutely no sense to me relative to the game.
I guessed the Strelok thing from the cutscenes, but got to the end with the mission still in my PDA. It's uninstalled now so I can't experiment...after breaking my RAID array twice and crashing even more times (with everything on low & EAX off) I think it'll stay that way!

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. stole nothing
Look at that link , it was exactly was i was saying, the thing about S.T.A.L.K.E.R. stole from Doom 3 and Half-Life 2 was faked.
