Damn am surprised at this move tbh

I heard the CEO left for a few months and then came back and when he realized he was in CA, he was like WTF. He found himself in a situation where he was friends with people he didn't like. Any truth to this? Was he upset and this was his way of taking it out on you guys?
Don't get me wrong. I think its messed up what he did but if there is any truth to any of the above then I can see why he would take stuff and leave. |

Even if this is true, there's no justification to why one should take stuff and THEN leave. Leave, sure. But not take stuff.
If you don't like the way a corp is, just turn in your badge and go. Don't try to screw them over, and don't try to "take what is rightfully yours" or whatever hogwash you might whip up to justify thievery. Just state your reasons and make your exit with dignity.
Well, that's the way respectable and upright people do things, anyways. I suppose such individuals are at a premium these days in EVE.

Hans it hit us from left field like you wouldn't believe, some people lost hundreds of millions in isk that were supposed to go to a T2 BPO purchase.
Can we have Steve Dave back  Half kidding (he is an asset to any corp), most of the leadership is still there so we will rise stronger from this!

More sa***uards in corp mechanics would be nice, but eliminating the possibility and/or actual bannage is a silly idea.
I'd rather see someone's true colors and have a shot at retribution than just be left with nothing and no way to get even.

Perhaps this will spur some more creative ideas from ccp about how megacorps can be run. The ability of a CEO to completely rip apart an organization of people is staggering. Perhaps in the future we'll see the ability of corps to implement some sort of Board of Directors who have a large say (voting ability) on high-level corp activites and can ask for/force the resignation of a ceo dependent upon some sort of voting system.
