Tell me what is a leader without his followers? If you wish to change xelas take a moment with blueflame, he is one of the people in this game who I would credit with honour. When dark joined xelas we made it very clear we were not happy with the way things were, instead of moaning and forum whoring we went to the leadership and explained our view of the situation and how we felt we could help change it. One month later my corporation were playing a part in leading this old alliance to new glory. I know nothing of the current situation, but I know my old friend is the same as he always was. Bullet point your concerns, think about possible solutions and present them to him. He always had time for me, I am sure he would do the same for you. We gave them a warning to do something about it and they choose to roll out the same promises they have been doing for the last 6 months. So this is what we do. Xelas are still there yes but if you were a member you would understand that it is useless. The alliance is incapable of defending its own space and would have been gone long ago had it not been for BOB's capital fleet.

He wants to sit in a station and play the text based game while everyone else joins gangs to fight their enemies. I mean, he complains about XS not forming PVP groups, but doesn't make an effort to resolve that himself. He wants everything done for him. When Faceless Pokemon grows a clue, he'll see that Xelas will not die because of his actions. He will never have any respect, and he'll never be remembered for anything important. CELES may not be well liked in Xelas, but at least they have their respect as adversaries. Faceless, obviously you want to play World of Warcraft. It's easy and it basically plays itself. It'll be perfect for you.

People argue when their personal views are at odds, whereas a debate is a more formal method of analyzing the angles of an issue

Oh, I read the OP, but I fail to see how you try to fix things if you've never posted on the forums (per Proxay's posts) or used other means of communication, such as TS. BlueFlame is ALWAYS on TeamSpeak when he is in the game. Are you? Doesn't seem like you tried very hard to fix things. Also: Point 1: You don't need an entire gang of Alliance members to go out and kill stuff. SoD (now Aftermath Alliance) camped YZ- and Core systems with just corp gangs all the time. Point 2: You don't need a bazillion ships to patrol Fountain. If your corporation can't get together 5-10 pilots, maybe Xelas isn't the problem. Point 3: Taking credit for corps or pilots leaving Xelas is lame. In the history of EVE, there has never been corporations leaving an alliance because some noob posting on a forum. Point 4: Keep talking. Every post you make gives out a little more information, and brings Xelas closer to finding out what corporation you're in. You want to save the face of your corporation? Leave it.

I highly doubt that. That would lead to calling all sorts of spying an exploit, and the D2 titan kill would not have been legit? And the unanchoring of ASCN POS'es aswell.
