I jumped in to system , in local i saw around 20 people , 4 of them were with RED stars .
I checked information - Privateers.
I stayed for few minutes more , and warped to a different gates and jumped.

Just so other carebears don't get confused on how retribution should be carried out. First of all you shouldn't come on the forums waving isk and naming a target. Keep the matter private, log in an alt, find a reputable Merc, negotiate a price and ask for solid proof of the kill. Note that just having the offender podded once is nothing but a minor inconvenience to him (unless he has implants) and what you really want to do is disrupt the normal flow of his EVE existence to the point where he might begin to regret having created so many enemies.

After following this for a few days I felt I just had to jump in here, though if past posts by the OP are any indication, it won't do any good.
Liz,...the absolute bottom line here can be summed up thus:
lowsec is not safe. NOT SAFE. People will kill you without any regard for what you are doing, no matter how much you implore them to "please stop!!"
IT DOES NOT MATTER TO THEM.
The only thing, THE ONLY THING, that matters to them is that they ruin your day and **** you off. And this they have done. And frankly, you have played right into their hands by coming on the forums and blowing this all out of proportion.
Getting blown up for absolutely no reason is almost (and I think it definately is for the majority of players) a "Right of Passage" in your EvE career. It's happened to me when I was being careless when I started out. It has happened to hundreds, if not thousands of EvE players.
LowSec is dangerous!
EvE is a dangerous environment.
Player Pirates WILL KILL YOU for any reason, or non at all other then to **** you off and ruin your day.
These are the facts of playing EvE. To stubbornly maintain this course you have set of insisting your stuff be returned and laying a bounty out for the guy who killed you is (or very shortly will be), self destructive.

I've read all 15 pages of this, laughing my socks off the whole time.
Now, while common sense tells me this has to be a windup, some of the prize morons I've met in 17 years of MUDS then MMORPGs leaves me with the suspicion it could just be true.

and remember liz, that the forums aren't mirroring eve community at whole. Some members here hardly play at all. It's a flame fest, place to chit chat. These guys hardly take anything serious, and most of them are just looking for a reason to bash, war dec and wipe.
Im telling this, because it can't be fun getting this big horde

But you have options, and you can make something out of this. Be smart, and try to have fun. Use no implants, fly cheap frigs and learn the art of pvp now, when you have this perfect chance. If yo die 20 times, and you're still flying your kestrel against theis BS's and BC's and HAC's, you will gain back some respect. with the 400mil ISK you can dish out fine amount of metal.
