I'd use about 200$ for GTC's, and pay people to bump the bastard 24/7 off gates, stations etc. using something fast, cheap and heavy.
_if_ i had a serious grudge against someone. Hiring newbs would
give those $$$ a long run time.
Or just take a break from EVE, i had better things to do, than being griefed. Would it be my own fault or not. Or i'd use the time to train an alt, or experience the game with an alt in different style that i used to play.

i have the real life funds to do so, so why not?
I could afford maybe 300$ / month on sole purpose to grief someone to hell and back. The more I play eve, the more it feels like a e-peen simulation to nerds that were bullied in school. I like to bully them after school too.
