It seems pretty friggin simple really. Make it so that if it MUST spam, make it do it only in the currently active (or last used) channel ONLY.

only problem is... they have been saying they are "doing something about it" since the begining of this thread, 4 months ago... since then we've had several patches, server updates, (might even have been before one of the main rev patches, i've lost track of time  ) etc. and... nothing... ok its fairly small compared to some of the issues going on with the cluster and things... but i cant see it being that major a job to fix?
So keep signing away, at the very least they'll know its something we still get annoyed at. We'll get there eventually.
