I was killing a Harbinger today, and the guy was just begging and pleading in local to let him live. So I offered him a ransom amount, and he said he didn't have any where near the required amount, so I killed his ship, and then I killed his pod on top of that.
He was a fairly new player with a mid ranged T1 fit ship, but in this day and age of alt characters etc., I didn't cut him any slack. But the begging in local was pretty sad, making me think that indeed this isn't an alt, but just some poor sap with barely five mill left in his account after he just pimped out his BC with everything he had. It went pop anyway. Oh well. People have been far (far) more merciless to me in the game. Eve is not for the weak willed.
So anyway, this got me to thinking: what is just the hardest, meanest, most cold blooded thing you've done in Eve? Inquiring minds want to know.
Because I said so...

O dam. But see, that was an accident. I'm specifically talking about being cruel and merciless on purpose, especially when you know that the victim is completely helpess and innocent and you're probably ruining his entire Eve career up to that point.

on my first trial account I podded someone within an hour of playing in high sec after they took something from me in the training complexes :o/
I actually felt kinda violent, they had a stupid name and were just in this stupid little pod thing after I killed their ship, which I wanted to explode and destroy. The frozen corpse thing is just beautiful.
It felt like creeping up behind a sniping noob in an FPS game then blasting the **** outta their head.
Concord then arrived and vexed me greatly.

My alt is such a good little boy, griefing people just like his old main!
Hauler alt's - if yours aint yarr, you're letting a whole lotta potential go to waste!
Edith; During one week I robbed 3 people for so much they quit eve (one of them even got his account banned), man I was laughing hard, i'm really more of a griefer than a pirate -_- Signature removed - please email us with a link to find out why - Serathu ([email protected]) |

1. ganking ibis at gates 2. ganking low sec mining ops that have caracals as pvp protection 3. ganking ibis at gates 4. letting light drones , solo a 1 week old battelcruiser pilot (damn it took awhile, but it was funny) 5. ganking ibis at gates 6. ganking podruski's alt t2 raven, then running away when he comes back in domi. 7. Yarrrrrrrrr

I started a 1 man corp, recruited the first 1 month old, noobie corp guy I could find in help channel, listened to him gronk on for a few hours about this new Ferrox he had and how cool it was. Long story short... Roid belt. Dead Ferrox. Blocked. Corp disbanded.
Lame? Perhaps. Funny? Quite. Cruel? Oh yes. Yarr etc. |

Ok, let me tell you a tale of a new player in eve.
My alt was sitting around the trade channels when this guy starts asking if someone an build him a brutix. Being the nice guy I am I message him, we talk for about 30 mins and make friends and laugh and get along great, I agree to build him the brutix and as payment he hands over all his minerals aswell as all his rat loot, the fruits of a career in eve whacking away at roids with miner I's for weeks.
His proud, the big shiny industrialist is going to build him a brutix.
I fly my alt's freighter 20 jumps to pick up all the stuff (could have used a badger but what the heck, might aswell impress the little carebears), upon I inform him that this is ofcourse a scam and that he wont be getting anything.
He gets hurt, then upset, then ****ed and starts spamming me, apparantly in five days something nasty will happen to me, he refuses to tell me what until the five days are gone so being the impatient git I am, I have privateers war decc his alliance (retarded high sec alliance, you know the type) and mail a claim that the member is to be kicked or the war decc will not be dropped.
three days later, his without a corp and is ofcourse sending me heartfelt "omgz ur ruining my eve lolz" mails.
Few days later, his in another newbie corp, well I have a lil talk with their ceo, I have a few war deccs thrown out and voila, his without a corp again and...ups, I just realised I actually forgot to call the mercs off that newbie corp so I better go talk to them after I write this post for additional payment.
Anyways, after that he was offline for a week or two, He came back online two days ago and he just joined a new corp, can anyone guess what time it is?
Total profit: 30.000.000 Mercenary cost: just above 100.000.000 Fun: Hell yeah.

I held a pod in a mission for about 3 hours. I didn't ransom him or anything, I just sat there waiting for him to convo me. He never did, so I just left him sitting there. I had lunch and a few smokes before I realized I had disabled all convos. I felt pretty bad about it, so I convo'd him and apologized. He said it was his first time and he had no idea what to do...so then I podded him.

Theres another newbie whos been sending my alt his minerals for the last three weeks longing for that shiny new rokh i'm gonna build him, i'm not really sure how much he sendt, I just accept the contracts and go giggle at him, all I need to know is that it's all his got.
Wonder how long I can keep taking his stuff before he smells the rat tbh. Signature removed - please email us with a link to find out why - Serathu ([email protected]) |

Meh , that reminds me I'm a fluffy nice pirate even when that helpless exequror didn't send enough for the ransom , I refunded it before blowing it up.
There's nothing like highsec griefing tho - stealing the same poor scythe miner thrice , ganging up with another yellow pirate when he fights back , get him can flagged , blast him to bits then loot his stuff in front of his pod

Some cruel stuff in my career, off the top of my head though:
Tricked some newbie in to thinking I wanted to help with his mission. Ganged him, warped to his mission spot, bookmarked the gate, went in, gave him a quick podding. Nothing special. Talked to him afterwards and I think I gave him a mill or two, I forget. I'm a nice guy y'know.
The next day though, he was back in system, and I was out hunting with some friends. I notice it's the same guy in local, so I warp to the mission spot I bookmarked... gates still there... I go through... why hello thar.... put 2 and 2 together to figure out what comes next
I've actually probably done a lot worse, but off-hand I can't think of it (almost 5 AM, meh). This one always gives me a chuckle though. Poor guy... the hate mail was so worth it though

Wow, you guys are evil.
My most cold-blooded moment?
So I am wandering around in my usual haunts when I get a convo to jump on allied corp's vent. I get on and they ask me to come home and kill a noob in our home system. Not so evil right?
Well, turns out, the ally corp was trying to recruit this noob, but the noob wouldn't join. They were telling the noob about the dangers of lowsec and he will get popped unless he has their protection. I get home and find the noob in an Imicus, he is 4 days old and mining his little heart out.
I gank him in my rupture.
He goes to the station and starts to say, in a convo to my friends, "Deimos Regal just killed my ship." My friends say to him, well it is lowsec and if you were in our corp we would be able to come to your aid. He says, why do I have to be in your corp? They relpy, well we don't know if you are bait.
So, my friends give him a brand new shiney Imicus, a couple of Miner I's and some drones, on the condition he consider's joining their corp. He returns to mine his little heart out.....in the same belt.....using his same can.
I gank him with my rupture.
He again goes to the station and starts to say, in a convo to my friends......you see a pattern?
End of the day,
Imicus kills: 5 Noob pod kills: 1 Laughs behind his back on vent: Priceless

Me and my corp was mining in a 0.5 system because we didn't want to risk low-sec. So after a while I got bored and jumped into the 0.4 system next door, only to find a Retriever mining in a belt, with a Badger hauling and a Tristan as protection. A few rats had spawned, so I helped them kill them off and then just sat there, talking to them. Since they knew little english, I went back to my corp, feeling thoughtful.
So, of course, I ganged my corp, got in a Ferox, and jumped back into the 0.4 system. I saw the barge slowly crawling to the gate, so I warped to the belt they were at (swearing), to see that the Badger was still there, getting the last can. I opened fire, and wasted him before my corp could even exit warp. The cries of "?" an "?!" in local made feel slightly guilty, but it's their fault for trusting me
I made an alt just to pvp. So, the day after I made him I was in an Incursus, cruising low-sec for an easy kill. I eventually scanned down a 2 month old in a Stabber. I warped in right on top of him, scrammed, webbed, and shot. It was a quick fight, and after his pod warped off I saw that he had 2 arties of different sizes, and two autocannons of different sizes, a heavy launcher, and a standard launcher. He had tried to mix his tank as well. Made me smile that I was able to clear the system of someone with no idea how to fit a ship.

Nothing serious, the regular killing of ships and podding to the words "STOP! PLEASE" in local.
Refused a plea of ransom once, only because I thought the loot would be worth more, and it was!

Hmmm, ok this was all IC of course :)
But my corp got invited to join an alliance, and as a response we wardecced them set some mercs on it till the alliance and the executor corp disbanded.
(there is more history to this, but this was the gest of it, my character was particularly annoyed by the person that invited her and the alliance she got invited to)
But I thought that was pretty coldblooded.

i cant really call myself cold hearted. apart from the aunenen camping days and currant empire piracy.
tbh if im in a gatecamp (normally only 3 of my mates, no blobbing!) theres no mercy regardless of who it is, as is standard procedure.
when im belting for targets however its a different matter entirely, or at least it was. pre 800k sp nublets (damn i hate them) if i came across a [pilot aged less than 2 months id kill him, scram his pod and i'd talk to him - give him some pvp tips or w/e and in some cases give him his surviving mods and a little amount of isk to get him back on his feet.
since nublets nowadays are born PWNING lvl 1's and can pretty much start taking level 2's immediatly or w/e im more inclined to do the same, but without giving them their mods back and without the isk, and a free trip to the clone vat.
this is especially the case where someone is blatantly an alt (a fresh nublet in a "well fitted" drake or an isk buyer) there is no moicy

Last night when i flew around beeing bored, i found a offline POS...
Warped in to it and popped 3x Mobile laboratories (90m each) with my Impairor, which took less than 20min (i think). After that i "had" to send a message to the CEO of the corp owning the POS, telling him that he just lost POS equipment worth 270m isk to a rookie ship |

On a rather slow day, to be exact a day not one person entered our little stretch of low-sec, we hatched a devious plot to get some kills. We sent a friend into the near by high sec, with positive sec status and all that, and got him asking for help with missions in low-sec. Meanwhile we made a random safespot and parked a ganksquad at it, gave him the bookmark. As he got people to help, he ganged them, and warped them right into their destruction and podkill. I've never laughed quite so hard while killing people
Oh, and we also tricked some miners into thinking we would protect them from the rats and pirates in the belt they were mining (two -10 characters, mind you). And we did, for about an hour. Once their jetcan was nice and full, they said they were going to get haulers. Before they could we popped them both, scrambled the pods, shot the jetcan (so they could see the destruction of their efforts), and then podded them
And by the way, I rule you.

Second one just makes me giggle, silly carebears
Hardest part with fake missions is finding the names of missions, you're dealing with pro mission *****s, they wont go for it if you have the wrong faction/name/level/objectives whatever. It was, of course, very helpful our baiter was in fact a long time mission runner that wanted to be a pirate
