Currently GMT is UTC+1, so GMT+1 was 19:07. EVE is on UTC, not GMT.

Nope, the servers are on GMT. The UK is on BST (British Summer Time) which is GMT+1.

I dont mind they are gonna be down, but the in game message said 20 minutes, I wish they would just say, hey, server is gonn go down, we honestly dont know how long it will be instead of of the bull****.

it's currently 18:19 in the UK and we're currently running +1 hour to GMT, so the server should be up in 10 minutes.
However I predict this wee problem may get out of hand so to speak so

You guys just need to calm down. =] CCP is trying their hardest to get the server back up they're not just sitting around drinking beers.
They want the server up just as much as we do I'm sure.
