This would lead to a great amount of conflict as people flock to be the first one to kill it just as the faction keepstar. once its built theres going to be a massive war over to see who kills it just like the first titan.
and shortly there after they will be prevalent over powered and broken. being used to end fights not cause them.

Oh gee, another Van Dip thread... since no one's said it yet (I think): "That's no moon... it's a space station."
I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

Van Doe wrote:So you ask why mine something to buld something to mine it again.
The answer is geo engineering. Cluster enough rocks and ice in apace. Place them in a orbit and you have a planet. If you have a planet you can have biomass. See pi We already have planets and PI. So that brings us back around to why would I want to mine stuff to build a planet so I can mine stuff?
If you are thinking that we replace the existing planets and moons with these player made contraptions then the answer is NO. It would give the largest groups in EvE even more power and control over the game as a whole at a point in the game's development when CCP is trying to REDUCE the influence those larger groups have on the game as a whole.

The only real "conflict" this would lead to is a conflict between players and CCP because the API would obviously not be able to generate the KM and this would be seen as a major slap in the face of all the dumbfuck who went in their insta warp ceptor to whore on a meaningless KM.
If something like that ever get built, I really hope the builder manage to ninja jump to another system before self destructing it with his cyno alt getting the KM. |

CCP: Ok, you can have it. Op: Awesome! How much will it cost? CCP: 30-trillion ISK. Will that be ISK or PLEX? Op: Uh, thanks - I was just curious...
