If that's not what you're talking about please clarify. As far as the bowling for ships inside the POS shield goes it's pretty cheesy. Our POSes have had cap fleets do it repeatedly for several hours to try to get ships out so it's not just titans that are doing it. While CCP might not be in agreement as to whether or not it's an exploit it's still a pretty cheap way to handle things and you'd think some of these "l33t" pvp corps/alliances that are doing it would show some class instead of taking the underhanded route. Still, it'd be nice to see a statement here on the forums by CCP on this issue.

You're obviously getting confused with very simple thing's, I was under the impression you called me a troll and that i was baiting by, um, trolling and baiting me? If having an adult and decnt conversation between 2 adult's is to hard for you, then just let it be. If you don't agree with this then tell them and make a thread about it, which I assume was the point of the OP. But just a suggestion, it has a lot more chance of succes if you discus it in a mature way and explain why you consider it not acceptable and leave the flames out.

Not CCP, but one of their GMs has said it's not an exploit. Just like other GMs have said that it is an exploit. I have yet to see a developer post about it.

As it seems a lot of mixed results are coming about. You would hope if people did petition it now the same answers would be given which would have to be taken as the answer till otherwise stated, And in all honesty from the sound of things it doesn't sound right. like WCS with no drawbacks or all the other things which at the time something at the time seemed almost normal but in the future looks outrageously unbalanced. So I would hazard a guess it is a unexpected "Feature" which was not anticipated, and may or may not decide to keep. As CCP have said they like the ways players evolve the game mechanics to do things which they had no idea or intention of happening. Escrow being the more positive example. (though pvrts do deserve a mention for there ingenuity) All cases of players using the game mechanics for something outside of CCP's original scope. So it is safe to assume CCP never had any intention or fathomed its creation, whether they decide it is displaced and needs a fix, or considered a exploit with punishment or be it another player generated method of playing the game only CCP can say. So while everyone has there judgement on this, and whether they fervently feel its right or wrong, it is solely at CCP's discretion. Although a counter could be a good idea, though i suspect do not leave valuable things lying in POS's will become the default answer. The one thing I've learnt on EVE on-line, is that players will always find more interesting and creative ways in using the game current mechanics to better themsevles albeit lame or until otherwise stated bug abuse. One only needs to read the hardcore winner mentality to understand, you may not agree with their stance or attitude to how they play, but as long as they are within the rules and set parameters they will keep doing it. So my advice is petition it now and ask for a definitive answer.
