Same here, i lost a vagabond and snake implants sitting at the gate looking at "session change in progress"
i petitioned and they said it was due to the internet connection and therefore not their fault and they would not reimburse.

All I read is ***** ***** ***** ***** *****. I admit that it is some what inconvenient that the game is unavailable, and that its performance has not been great in recent times. But, do any of you understand what goes into running a game; especially on such a scale? Are any of you programmers? Cut these guys some slack, and go outside for a change.
FYI - STILL CAN'T LOGON TO THE GAME! argh!

It's possible that the game is down partly from the high lag causing losses. It's easier to shut the whole thing down, spend an hour or hard work fixing it then start it back up. People could be losing billions from it.
It's good news about the ISP however and I am sure in a few hours everything will be running smoothly.. Well.. Apart from Jita.

I have a question, how far, if at all, will reimbursements go due to this situation? I know more than a few peoplehave lost ships, I personally havn't be able to switch my skill for a good 3 hours or so, what about mission bonuses, etc. (I would be extremely angry if i was running cosmos and lost out on a +4 implant or a med nos bpc or something...)

Is there some reason that the text on the login screen that currently says "Revelations 1.4.3 deployed" Couldn't be changed to show the status/expected start time when the server is down. Is there some reason that couldn't be first on the "things to do when the server is down" checklist?

o my god! when this crap gonna end?? maybe im not a programmer... but im paying u so i dont need to be one.... u take my irl iskies.. to give me urs ingame... fair enough. But i give my iskies on time.. and i expect from u gyus to do the same.. be on time.. dont patch this damn thing if u know is gonna be crashed.. Wrangler u should now that this warning bout incombatible client isnt something more than "u need to dl the patch" . This is almost as bad as VSOH. The startup on that was terrible. Crashed every hour. I left that MMORPG. All hype, lousy game.
DDO was good. I outgrew it fast. Maxed out in 2 months with low-moderate play. Plus DDO really isn't an MMORPG. The social was great, however.
Hopefully this online experience will be the one...

Actually I am programmer. Yes it does take a lot to maintain an application like this, however, as a programmer I know that I am being paid to do a job and if I don't complete it as expected than you sure bet someone is gonna be upset and they have a right to be. Now if there was a problem say once every 2-3 weeks then it is forgiveable, however the issues with this game are starting to get as bad as WoW each and every day.

It's not, but every once in a while, stuff like this will happen. However, CCP makes up for these technical difficulties by the fact that this MMORPG is superior to every other one in existance.

This is becoming a more common occurrence then not, then on top of that weekends are unplayable... CCP when is this going to end. IF not just let me know, i'll be more then happy to spend my money else where on a PC game. Adding/working on nice new features is great, but the very server we play on is unstable is clearly unacceptable, IMO you need to focus on that before you start adding anything else.
I bet if you had a poll .. More new features Vs less laggy stable game play, would not take a genius to know whats going to have the higher vote

Thanks alot so much for my Brutix and my jett van full of kernite. I'm scared to leave dock. And dev team, funny how this happends on the day of the patch. Hardware my a@$!! Oh yeah thanks for the updates too. Ill be prorating the 14.99 next month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
