You need to step back and chill man. Before calling Kryztal a meta-gamer based on her affiliation with BoB, you should maybe keep track of how much she really does play. She, like a lot of BoB members are not meta-gamers. The fact that BoB is better than you doesn't mean BoB automatically plays way more than everybody else. BoB has a better command structure, corp discipline, fleet commanders etc. Just because your alliance was not fortunate enough to have leaders with these qualities does not mean that BoB cheats/hacks/exploits/meta-games. Furthermore, given the fact you had at one point 7 accounts, possibly more, implying that Kryztal is a meta-gamer is incredibly ironic. The more you whine about it, the sillier you make yourself look, and the more it looks to the public like you actually do care that Big Bad BoB kicked you out.

It nearly killed my corp and took most of the fun out of my game. Nav, my old friend. I dont know what happened in Xelas after I left, but i know this. Your corp has some great members, you have a great history and wallowing in self pity will not move you forward. We have all taken knocks in this game, some bigger than others but one thing should always remain. Dignity will help you to see a clear path. Whatever that path is take it with you. Eviction from the GBC doesn't automatically mean BoB hates you, it just means that you've pretty much gravitated to be on par with the vast majority of non GBC. It's not necessarily a bad thing. It's just like being expelled from paradise. Don't turn it into such by a loss of purpose. If you lose your purpose in EVE, then it will just be a vindication that the eviction was justified. Every action is a challenge to do better.

I don't think Nav is whining he is simply venting. with all the crap posting in COAD on a daily basis this is far from the worst. i don't think even simpathy is being sought out here its simply an outlet. and rightly so, the core members of setenta worked there collective asses off for the a station we aparently have no say over. thats enough to **** most people off. my own opinion is that there are many things that went on in Xelas that lead to this. we could go on an on about it but its really no ones concern but our own. ultimatly though it comes down to BOB creating there own content. thats what EVE is about player created content. this event created somthing for BOB to do besides blast the crap out every living thing in EVE ( fun as that probably sounds to them) they manage the space they conquer the way they see fit. you can't fault them for it. to those people saying Xelas should prove themselves and stand up and fight. you honestly expect an alliance our size to accomplish what the great coalition could not? come be serious, you just want to see the small, maybe slightly fat, kid get punched in the face a few times before he leaves the playground. who wouldn't ? to those ( and i think it was only one )that Setenta has not much of accomplished anything, check your facts before you speak and when your corp has done half of what we have done you feel free to speak up. to those who say the pet got what was coming, we will see who is standing in six months, a year and beyond. There is plenty of blame to go around. I don't know what Xelas did to upset BoB, but I would have thought their long relationship would entitle them to a little respect. BoB should have not made a public announcement and given them the oppurtunity to withdraw with some dignity. Xelas is also at fault for airing their frustrations like this. It only entertains those on CAOD more. Best thing would have been a simple statement thanking BoB for their past commitments to Xelas and withdrawing discreetely. -------------------
