jumpgates are linked to each other, they dont aim and shoot.

Fluffy spoke of landing within 1AU of a gate, so it seems to me that volume should be used rather than surface area... or am I mistaken?

Not a big deal.
I am not an expert on this game, but it seems ganking is as large a part of PVP as anything else. Just die, jump into another ship...get some friends and get some payback! I think its pretty fun. _______________________________________________ RuntimeError: ChainEvent is blocking by design, but you're block trapped. Well ok about so you're being blobbed and you die, get over it. Fine.
Getting ganked is exciting, scary, etc.
Generally after losing a ship I don't play for a day. So getting immursed in the gaming experiance? Sure. Mission Accomplished CCP!
Interesting battle strategy? Or better yet strategies? Not sure but I'm still learning.
Common answers to serious questions on the forum. 1. Train Gallente. 2. Get over it. 3. Buy faction gear. 4. Learn some skills 5. Learn to play
So starting off my topic with the word "nerf" sort of not funny I'll admit.
Ill go back to grinding ISK while training Gallente. Heard they had these drone thingies and some armor stuff.

You do loose ships in EVE. Everyone does. Top end pvp pilots also loose ships. Empire mission runners also loose ships. Miners loose ships, traders do and so on.
You cant just ask for a change that will prevent you from loosing ships at all. ---

Eve is about losing ships. Just make sure you are on the side who watches others lose theirs -------- I tanked D2 capital fleet and all I got was truncated Erebus mail.

Edited by: Cpt Branko on 23/07/2007 22:28:55 If you don't want to lose ships, don't fly any. Sit in any mission hub, make cash by trading ;P
Else, i'm afraid that losing ships is what happens a lot of the time. If you don't feel like playing for a day after you lose a ship, fly something cheaper. Fly a Kestrel or something, they're cheap to lose ;P
Basically, the thing you do when you lose your ship, you go back to base and get the other one out, maybe try a better config or something if you see something you messed up in the last fight. You never feel good about it, especially if it cost a significant sum, but hell, when you win, someone else feels the same way. That's EvE.
To give you an idea about my losses so far: about 8-9 frigs (lost track, i don't seem to lose them very much) 1 Rupture 6 Hurricanes (one concorded. lost precise count anyway, since i used to fly them a lot) 1 Wolf 2 Jaguars So, by your logic I should've quit Eve or something
