I find it reassuring that CCP is so clearly focused on delivering value to its customers in the form of a stable and reliable gaming experience.

CCP, i think you need to fire all beer drinkers, and then, before you release a patch, theres this thing called singularity, its called the TEST server, you know where you "Test new stuff before we release it on tranquility" which isn't happening, therefore its cutting in to our play time.
