ummm...Im a new player. Do the servers always go down like this? I started 2 days ago and now the servers have been down for 3 times. Is this usual?

I got this message when trying to log back in
Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running, or the server address or port number was wrong.

Not normally - you've caught everything at a bad time - two patches in two days, one of which involved a change to the Python library version.
Normally maybe once every 10 days the servers cough and spit out hairballs for a few mins but this week is exceptional - and bit more than the usual glitches.
