Hmm, the battle consists of aprox 150 pilots on each side, but the outcome is yet uncertain, as many of the pilots on my side have de-synched. I personally got booted and am on a black screen.
FATAL, MPIRE, COW, FS -V- RZR & Friendly alliances.
Good luck everybody! Will be interesting to see the outcome.
This is not the way fleet battles used to be I know that much, it's not fun for anyone anymore but the battle itself simply has to happen regardless of lag in order for a winner to emerge.
Keep this thread whine and smack free please, and lets have updates as they happen. We will probably know how the battle went on the forum before the pilots involved in the actual fight do, such is the horrific, unplayable lag.

jumped in with 2 chars
i was proberly shot as saw ship oput of control but he wasnt responding to anythingh
other1 did load a little, could fire on 1 and then crsashed
sucks, could have been funn but stupid lagg stops that
we also got alot members that can not jumpin system to help us, jumpquece bul**** etc

I tried to jump, waited ten minutes, got disconnected, and now I've been stuck on "entering game as" for the past twenty minutes. I'm hearing multiple complaints of desyncs on TS, and there's so much lag that it took five minutes to get one of the primaries to structure.

This is the new wave of EVE fleet battles, slower and more about strategy.. pick your primary carefully because it takes 10 minutes to fire at it

same here "entering game as Gabba", lots of stuff happening on TS, i'm just not seeing any of it.
Too bad CCP isnt using profits to invest into batter hardware.

he's secondary now so he'll probably be dead within ten minutes
I still can't log in. are you supposed to sit on "entering game as" or close out and retry, or does it not make any difference?

Ya know, up until recently I'd be in game a good hour before formup ahead of a battle, and be one of the first to 'x' up.. Tonight I didn't even bother getting involved because I knew this was going to happen. Sad really  |

Got probaly 1 kill before i desynced. It took me roughly 5 min to log back in, only to get desync straight again. Now i have been waiting for what seems ages now to get back in yet again, if not just to see if i am dead or alive.
Btw GJ CCP on the latest hardware upgrade, ohh good fight RZR and friends
