BTW...to the FS guy...I have heard (and practice myself with good results) that if you're de-synced you need to re-log. However, if it's just run-of-the mill "lag" then re-logging makes an untenable situation even worse (if that's possible).

rzr has the system as the numbers was 350 to 150 with 1/2 out fleet mid jump in.

hmmm my everything dissapeerd and then there was some kind of square on me ship it was a nice square i kinda liked it. But after a while i got kinda afraid i didnt like the square any more.

De-sync , loggin off , loggin in , after 15 minutes im back in game .... ALIVE ^^
but .... warped to stargate to join back into fight .... no lag at this moment ...
arrived at the gate .... no enemies ?!?!?!?! cant jump, cant warp, cant move , can get damage .. thats great ... i think im dead now .. but i dont know
however that COULD have been fun ..

No idea if im dead alive or in limbo.
Game froze solid after the first few seconds on my end.
Been satt wondering if the black screen will ever go away.
You guys may be hostiles but im sure your with me in asking for this to be fixed.
Large fleet fights are apart of eve and we cant do them any more.
CCP can you please fix this.
The test server does not have the traffic or stress to test this out properly.
Hey if it help I will send you my old ram sticks.

I've given up 20 mins of staring at the screen unable to do anything is not fun I have a good connection and a very high spec PC but that did not help off to bed waisted night.

I normaly Dont beat on devs for problems with the game.
But this problem of desync is getting worse. fleet combat isn't possible anymore. Heck ive seen desync on small 20 man gangs.
CCP Please Pull out all the stop. Fix this. this is game breaking at this time. **** like this i expect from a beta not from Live after years of running.
My tin foil says the vista compatibility needs to be rolled back since vista is a joke anyways.

I got desynced just as I jumped into system. After a few minutes of nothing happening on my screen except getting the message "you can't do that since you are in warp" I logged out to try fix the desync and log back in.
Five minuts later I was still at the logging in screen and that's when I decided to call it a day. Seems the server didn't register that I was offline either because I could still see myself in corp chat with my other character for another ten minutes.
DESYNC ONLINE now that is a very fitting name

Got desynced strait away lo, managed to log back in after 5 minutes, got to the gate could problerly see 40 of the 330 pilots reported in local chat. Managed to get two guns going for a while, but most of the time nothing activated as usual. I eventualy got called and it was my time to hit the dust. I'm sure both sides had problems so this is not to defend a victory on the gate well earned to razor and the 11 other alliances they manage to drag to S-E (I noticed 380 on the map at one point). The battle in S-K (We came to meet you) did at least happen and I hope some of us got someting out of it. We had around 200 ships and razor 350+ at best guess. Well done to all that took part, I hope CCP will study the logs, not that I have much hope for future 200vs350 battles.
Ohh and a funny one liner from one of my pilots "I just managed to log in and landed on a enemy Nyx"...
gf <-- not got the chance to type it in local. gf in the sence that we had a fight, im sure many will debate how fun it actualy was.

Ain't that the truth the GM's these days just seem to look at a petition and flip a coin, the delay on getting an answer to a petition is usually within the day but the GM's CCP have hired haven't got a ******* clue what they are doing.
Even when the server crashes and theres like 10 threads on the forums and even a news article about it the response still seems to be the same "Sorry our logs don't show anything" The reason they don't show anything is probably because the dam server isn't even working!!!
