Technically yes, however the price of battleships and dreadnoughts are small enough to allow people to easily construct both. Titan VS anything else will easily be won by anything else, whether its 25 dreads or 500 battleships. Just look at how many times doomsday weapons have been used successfully since the titan nerf Same applies to moms for that matter, while stylish it in no way out performs the 10 fully fitted carriers you could build instead.
