I don't think Hegemon has his titan anymore. Though BoB will doubtlessly deny that Shrike took it, it's pretty obvious that's what happened. Unless they want us to believe that they have spare, unflown titans lying around, which would be a massive waste of resources.

Hasn't been the case for a while. Titans aren't seen in combat as much lately because DDing can leave them vulnerable, so they're not very useful unless your side already controls the battlefield.
