So, when does my Curse and Pilgrim get the extra mid slot it's going to require to run the cap boosters to feed the neuts I'm going to have to mount because NOS just got turned into nerf jelly? Oh wait... I'm Amarr, WTF am I thinking.. I'm supposed to give up a EW, Web, AB, MWD, or one of those other useless things on my recon in order to feed these damn things.
Thanks for the nerf CCP. BTW, when you guys bend over the Emporer, do you smell something funny?

CCP Wrangler
In the patch notes it say:
"The research and invention science skills, except encryption methods, have been seeded on the market at a base price of 10 million ISK each."
Are you serious about this?
Are you aware of what this will do, not only to the markets, but to the whole gameplay per see? Have you even thought this through?
Not only will a lot of people loose a lot of money instantly. You will also make a joke out of everyone who have spent 100 mill+ for a science and research skills up until now.
All players who have yet not moved into science and research will have a huge advantage on those who have worked hard to be able to pay for expensive skills.
This is exactly what kiled Everquest2. When every player could create anything for themselves - food, clothings and armor etc - all collaboration and trade in parts and products stopped.
It is allready hard enough to make money out of invention. Now you are making it impossible. you are killing that part of the game.

Couldn't this be exploited? Say someone's ship is going down or they are warp scrambled, so they eject to save their ship....then get back in the ship and are free to warp away since they would no longer be warp scrammed or fired on and the guns/scram would need to relock?
The scan res/lock time of POS modules is also being adjusted, along with the sig radius of capital ships. It depends on the exact numbers, but I doubt it will be easy to do this with any terribly large ships. There's also the risk of a defender nipping out from behind the shield and stealing your ship.

just a question, does the fact that out-of-pos anchored modules can be target/shooted means they're no more invulnerable? or does it means that you can fire n time on them doing 0 damage? nerfed sovr 4? O_o

Im mainly confused because too many players are saying too many different things. I see it the patch notes that the ice and miing upgrades cpu and yield/duration etc are to be corrected. Corrected to what? Is the -20% ice cycle duration mining upgrade I spent a fortune on still going to be -20% or am I going to be rather annoyed? Thankyou.

I see nothing about Exploration ARCSAL site. Just to remenber some floating "box" can't be salvage or analyze. It's said use salvager and when using salvager it's said use analyzer (or something similar)
Some month ago (before last patch) there were no problem for salvage them. I think you should move all of them need to use analyzer.

So, where is the fix for those of us who can not place our full share of market orders? I was told that it was going to be in 2.2's update, and I (and others) have now been all but gated from placing a full compliment of market orders for upwards of 2 months.
I'd like an update, and I don't want to hear that contracts are a viable option, because it's not the same thing. I have been unable to use one of the core, base level systems in the game due to some obscure bug that noone wants to comment on.
This is roughly equivilent to going to any random vendor in another MMO, and consulting a friggin magic 8-ball to see if I can use the market. -dhav kincaide QI nooblet |

Originally by: Revelations v2.2 Patch Notes Interdictor warp disrupt probes will now prevent warp, even if the warp is already initiated.
While you can drop an interdiction sphere on a ship that is trying to enter warp and it will successfully make that attempt fail, the sphere still won't stop a ship that enters warp from another point of origin before the bubble goes up. Guess that means the ship still fails at the role description that says "Destroyer-class vessels, designed to pull other vessels out of warp." Still hoping you guys can get it right sooner or later so enemy ships can't just zoom straight through the bubble simply because they got into warp before you were able to drop the bubble. Would also be nice if the suck of the bubbles were fixed as well so a ship headed toward the bubble can't just warp through it as they currently do, but I'd settle for the other fix.

Wrangler or any dev if you are still around....
I have a tiny wittle request of you.... for all the information you linked to dev blogs would it be possible to do one concise write up about all those changes...
Some of those blogs seem outdated even with the little updated links at the bottom and it would be nice for someone to confirm once and for all the final stats on all those changes.

You guys did a 2nd Dev blog that had some alterations to the Khanid ship changes. Will the most recent dev blog also be going into effect on this patch, with stuff such as the bhaalgorn getting neutralizer bonus and such?

"* The volume of the mining barges and exhumers has been reduced as follows:" That's the volume of the ship itself, not the cargo capacity. I assume this makes it easier for the new industrial cap ship to haul them around.

Edited by: Chruker on 25/08/2007 07:26:36 Two changes that are missing in the patchnotes: - Camera zoom no longer resets on session changes (stargate jumps, station docking). - The Journal window now has a list of where and how loyalty points you have with different corporations.
EDIT: I'm not being here sarcastic here :-) These changes has been on SISI for the last bunch of patches.

The material requirements for some T2 blueprints are changed with the patch.
Will this change affect BPC's that have already been invented, so that unused BPC made before the patch, will have their material requirements changed to the ones that the patch sets?

Does that mean "The Mining Foreman - Ice Harvesting gang link has been changed to provide a [b]yield[/b} bonus to gang members mining lasers, ice harvesters and gas cloud harvesters." as the other two give bonus to duration and range? If so, how will Ice Harvester yield work? If not, what are we getting bonus to?
