NICE!!!!
Will this effect the same session you are in, or will you have to log off and log back in for this cash clearing to take effect? And it won't delete overview settings and folders and bookmarks (browser), will it? -----------------------------------------------

There's another fix that seems to be missing from the patch notes. For as long as I've been playing the game, I've had weird flashing blue lights appear when jumping with the map open, but on the test server this hasn't been happening lately. All notes we add to the patch notes after we publish the original version are made green to show people they have been added.

I think he's referring to the fact that the entire bottom 3 paragraphs are green despite some of it being exactly the same as when they were first published.

I changed part of the html, hoping that works for you. Does everyone who saw it all green use firefox? I checked in IE and Opera and it looked normal in both.

I am on Firefox and it is still green to me. It starts with the spawn container change at the end of NPC changes, which is a new addition, and goes straight to the end of the patch notes making all of that text green. The appearance is that of someone not closing the html code for green text. ----------------------------------------------------

Well, I'm no html expert, but this is what the code looks like and it looks closed to me:
<font color=green><li>The following spawn containers have been fixed and require a salvager to access: <ul> <li>Faction Waste.</li> <li>Faction Wreck.</li> <li>Faction Derelict.</li> <li>Faction Hulk.</font></li>

HTML tags need to be closed in the reverse order that they were opened in. <font><li></font></li> has undefined behavior; instead, it should be <li><font></font></li>. Sort out the nesting problems and it should render properly in every browser. (Yes, I use firefox.)

Your closing is indeed incorrect. The <font> tag starts before a <li> but this one <li> has no closing tag. Therefore the color format goes on to the rest. That whole paragraph should end with: "...Hulk.</li></ul></li></font></ul>", closing all lists correctly. If I'm right...

Problem is, if I start the <font color=green> after the <li> I get a white dot and a green note, and that looks bad. Change browser to Opera please.

Yes, we fixed that, and no, I don't know why it's not in the patch notes.

The problem is not if <font> or <li> come first, the problem is your </font> comes before the accopmanying closing </li> (which is completely missing btw )

I changed it a bit, this is the whole section:
<p><b>NPCÆs</b> <ul> <li>Rogue Drone Commander NPCs now have a chance of being found in asteroid belts & ice fields in Rogue drone regions.</li> <li>Fixed a Blood Raider encounter in 0.8 systems which was using an obsolete version.</li> <li>Non-drone regions now contain 40% more pirate Encounters and 40% less drones.</li> <li>Low security space and 0.0 areas now have 50% more Encounters per system.</li> <li>Low sec Encounter sites are now generally more difficult, and have better rewards as a result.</li> <font color=green><li>The following spawn containers have been fixed and require a salvager to access:</li> <ul> <li>Faction Waste.</li> <li>Faction Wreck.</li> <li>Faction Derelict.</li> <li>Faction Hulk.</li> </ul></font> </ul>
Does this improve anything?

I think you missed a fix in the notes. A certain Gurista Archeology (Magnetometric) complex has structures that cannot be opened since Rev 2.0. If you use an Analyzer, it tells you to use a Salvager; if you use a Salvager, it tells you to use an Analyzer.
Bug ID 40512, marked to be fixed in Rev 2.2.0. Which is great. Now document it :).
