PIRE	Posted - 2007.08.29 11:56:00 - [68] Well, BKG is currently owned by us, M.PIRE As expected, It seems that only when we traversed the entire EVE Universe on a mission to the South to assist MC did the likes of RZR & a whole bunch of other cling-on alliances actually get the courage to attack BKG, an empty system. Even in our absence, our POS managed to kill over 20 of their battleships. Our display of honour and duty to our friends in the South has been met with a cowardly, spineless and pitiful display by RZR & Co in the North. We will be back soon, and when we do get back it will be interesting to see who among the rag-tag opportunistic cowards has the stomach to fight MPIRE & F4T4L face to face. Nice smack Who was it who attacked mpire/fatal/cow when they were up here? Who fought off the mpire/fatal/cow attack on their systems? Ah yes...razor and friends (not pets). Granted...both sides were inhibited by the servers problems, but that smack is both pointless and completely untrue.

Pretty much -- have a read of this post from someone in MM from about a week ago for a pretty accurate and unbiased view of things. However, if your unfriendly neighbours happen to go and grab some sun, sea and sex in the south and leave the front door unlocked, you'd be nothing short of a saint if you didn't stick your boot in and mess things up a little. Have to admit that this isn't a surprise. Basically, RAZOR and friends have done exactly what we expected them to do (except with maybe a few more losses on their side -- including losing a pod to a POS ). It's not worth the effort to respond to this! There are people like you in every alliance. We and our friends (who are not pets, btw) did what any half brain alliance would do. Time will tell who were the cowards.

Razor and friends saw an opening and they took it, you can't really blame them for smart gameplay. Cowardly depends on the perspective of the side. In most of M.Pire's eyes, it's rather cowardly to wait until the bulk of our fleet departed our space to drop POS and run around in our space. In their eyes, it's smart gameplay to "Hit them where they aint" while we're off fighting in the south. I can't blame them, I don't think that anybody in M.Pire or otherwise wouldn't take such an opportunity if it presented itself, so everyone can relax the smacking them for shooting at us while we are hanging out in the south. It is what it is, so let's have some fun with it. ;)
