O_O I'd argue that the Helios is the *best* covops ship... personally. Maybe the minnie covops is better for speed, but not in versatility and usefulness.

I don't agree with people about the apoc, since its the only really viable (in my opinion) sniper ship for amarr. Geddon with rof bonus will cap out, and 3 mids = no MWD in most cases, and if you do you'll have **** range. Abaddon = lol @ 80 cap per turret to fire. Cap really is a problem for amarr ships in fleets, since from the limited time I actually flew one I found myself constantly having to turn off 3 of the turrets just to keep my cap at 30%, but that may just be my ****ty skills <_<

Procurer. With Frigate IV-V and Miner IIs, a Bantam will mine faster. . . Unless the Procurer pilot is using a T2 strip, T2 crystals, and has Barge V.
Almost any other ship I can find SOME purpose for (and bait counts), Procurers exist only as raw materials for Skiffs.

CARACAL it has no use at all cant pvp needs mids for tank, cant pve cause it has no good firpower and tank is like paper, and mining psh who cares

To be Perfectly Honnest, theres a lot of bad ships:
Nightmare: 1Billion isk for a typhoon with lazorz...
Heron: Ever seen one of these used? Me Neither. I blame the wasted (Astrometrics) Bonus mostly, oh, and it has the firepower of a noob ship.
Breacher: Kessie is so much better, its disgusting.
Any Amarr Frigate (except the punisher): Slow, frigs can't tank well enough, not enough cap to tank and lazor anyway.
Bellicose. I'll admit to loving the look, for some strange reason, but seriously, why?!
Moa: Epic Fail at being a sniper.
In the Industrial world...
Badger mk I and Wreathe: hold overs for around 3 hours untill you can get your indi skill at level 3, afterwhich point there is ZERO use for them.
Really, theres a lot of ships that need to be rethought at least a little....

augy hasa use its a logistics ship not the best but still very good at what it does and quite a few of the other ships people have mentioned have good uses,
thouhg i think the only ship i find useless, is the Crucifyer thats the only one really, and i msut say amarrs ugglyest ship even the anthema has better looks than it does as well as better uses but yea cruicifyer, wish we had the magnet insted of it

I think you missed the "outperform others in their class badly" part.
For instance, the Heretic is pretty good now.
Also, I'd rather have a Claymore / Sleip / Astarte in my gang than an Eos. The Eos is very, very good, but overrated. It's not *that* imba. Also, the new Damnation is seeexy.

The sabre is still hands down the daddy dictor as far as I'm concerned.
Also the Eos is a fleet command ship which isn't in the same class as the sleip or Astarte. As far as fleet commands go I reckon the Eos far outperforms the others even after the nos nerf.

What the Nag rocks after you spend 4 Years training up all the skills nedded..
If u fly a Nag..you have maxxed(or should) Armor/Shield Guns/Missles So now u can fly any dread if u have B5.. Thank god for Faction Ammo
If this alliance fails im going back to ganking.
I think im heading for -10. |

I really disagree.
PvE Caracal = easy button for level 2 missions, even with mediocre skills
PvP Caracal = http://www.eve-tribune.com/index.php?no=2_36&page=1 (see battle 3 and 15)
Sure, it's no omg-wtf-solopwnmobile, but it's a pretty useful ship in a gang.

Hawk. Worse DPS than it's t1 counterpart. Slightly better tank and slot layout, but totally lacks the grid and CPU to fit properly. Vastly outclassed by any other assault frig!

Worst destroyer - Cormorant...just because it has 7 TURRET hardpoints 
Worst cruiser - Moa w/o a doubt...i mean wtf!?
Worst bc - Ferox
Worst bs - Phoon...nanonerf just made it kinda useless for pvp tbh...even a scorp does a better job
Worst indy - Iteron I, II and IV (for the reasons stated above)
Worst AF - Hawk
Worst Inty - Raptor (instapoppage ftl)
Won't get into anything else b/c there is simply no such thing as worst CS, worst HAC, worst Logistic ship, worst Transport OR worst capital.
BUT...i have to say that the grand prize of worst ship EVER goes to ERIS!
Whoever doesn't agree with this deserves to get slapped around with a large trout
