So basic construction cost will be 1,12 billions without increases for the current datacores and decryptors. add a reasonable return for the builder/inventor and you go at a minimum price of 1,5 billions. But almost certainly the prices for datacores and decriptors will increase, so my minimum prediction is for 2 billions as the final price, and around 4-5 billios for the first ships produced.
