MATH WARNING:

Titan = 80 bill
Plex =400 mill = 15$

Titan 1 = 80bill/400mill * 15$ = 3000$

1.) titan costs lov $$$ you dont buy it form Isk sellers you buy its with plexes (affects everything)

2.) temporary rise since a lot of accounts are on plexes do to initial low cost and now we are having peasant wars where people who make less then 2 bill a month are killing each others superscription slowly until an equilibrium is reached again and enough people cancel obsolete accounts.... (selling chars does not decrease number of overall accounts)

3.) random thing due to my grandmother going to the store 1 hour later then usual

4.) big boys are dooing it on purpose...

yeah failed logic, if you buy PLEXes from CCP you introduce those plexes to the market and their value slightly dips, If you want to inflate PLEX price you go directly for Chinese/Russian BOT isk.

It was unavoidable due to the fact income levels for the bulk of players (highsec dwellers) have been steadily going up due to various changes and improvements made to the game in the more or less recent past, and the general population has been taking advantage of it more and more.
Solution ?
Nerf "easily accessible" and grind-based highsec income levels.
In particular, incursion income, but also to some degree L4 mission income, and a tiny bit also PI, but only a tiny bit.
Most of the other things are fine.
If you do, PLEX price will come crashing down as less people can easily afford to pay that high price.

It's just supply and demand, afterall, and you can't exactly regulate the supply of PLEX directly (although the bulk purchase discount offers were a small step in that direction), you can only nudge the demand at a given price level.
