I speak and write french and english fluently.
I lived in France for 10 years(1989-1999) and I have been living in the USA since 1999
I originally submitted my application for the Forum Mod team and I just resubmitted for the Translation Team. I am of course willing to work on any of the teams,however forum mod and translation are where I feel I can contribute more

Results are out and you should have mail about the outcome. If not mail me at [email protected] and i get back to you.
Thanks to everyone that applied, it made me happy to see so many applications for the translation team.
If you havent been accepted, you can apply for one of the other ISD departments (STAR, IC and BH) or you can wait until i announce another recruitment drive for the Translation Team.
Recruitment for the Translation Team is now closed. Once again, thank you for your interest and i hope to see you in the "Localisation" forum to talk about errors in the translated eve client.

I don't know if these jobs are designed for me, maybe STAR ?
Maybe one day an "official" french support would be created and this time I'll try to apply :p

That's what I'll do to help you, but I'm sure the BH-TT team will correct all mistakes, I trust them :)

The reason is a Non-Disclosure Agreement. When you get into ISD, you will learn a lot about the game and CCP. Should you decide to tell anyone about what's going on behind the scenes, CCP will be able to sue you for it. To make sure that you can be legally prosecuted, you have to sign the NDA that basicly tells you "shut up or pay for it".
It has nothing to do with not being good or smart enough below a certain age, it's a simple matter of legal business. And just about every developer out there have a similar NDA for their people. Not just volounteers. Even the employees sign a NDA, just to be on the safe side. In most cases there is no need whatsoever, because most people are dedicated enough not to screw things up for themselves, but there are cases now and then where a NDA is a very valuable thing to have. And that's why you have to be of legal age to join ISD...
