CCP: There's no evidence supporting the claim that the loss happened as a result of the malfunction of our severs/database during your reported time.
1. Try to clear up your cache.
2. Open as few applications as possible when you play EVE on your computer.
3. Shut down any P2P software which may disrupt the network connection between our sever and your client when playing EVE.

Well I got to test my new FPS and thats all I wanted.
With 300 or so on grid, and a huge fighter, max settings + full effects on, I got 20 FPS while frapsing

I have the best story so far, on the r97 gate in my stabber, ragoon have jumped in and lag has hit, suddenly i start taking damage. I get messages up informing me the NPCs are shooting me! FS! I manage to finally warp out on fire at 50% structure. Not fired a single shot :(
Please let this be FIXED!!

Hit "jump" button and waited. Awhile later arrived in R97, saw nothing. Finally the health bars popped up, they were red, and I couldn't see my ship. Stuck on "boarding ship" screen as my pod loaded. A half hour later that screen was sill frozen that way and yet I had somehow moved about 300km off the gate. Never actually got to see a hostile or even the gate. Need for Speed.

Actually, that's not a bad comparison. Remember the old turn based strategy games, Age of Wonders etc? That had a play-by-email option where you could play a turn or two per night by exchanging the move data over email.
But then again, being able to move once per night was actually more than I was able to do today
