AsheRaven	Posted - 2004.02.17 20:07:00 - [62] Yes, it would seem a major difference between "Freidns of" and "Members of" CFS would not come to the aid of "Friends of" Trespassing in CA space, I'm sure. The same would abpply to "Members of" trespassing, so whats the CA's gripe? Even one misdemeanour isn't worth a war, and if it was constant, the CFS would expell the member forwith, making them free prey for the CA anyways. This war makes no other sense that the territorial advancement of your "Conquering Empire", it seems. And no ammount of spin doctering can change that public view unless diplomatic attempts are first condisdered. War must always be the last and final consideration when all other avenues have been expired. ---------------------------------

They used to camp some mining systems in Curse and I went up there to relieve the annoyance. Once i got there I began camping the gate. I sat for a while, talking a little to them. Finally the 2 NAGA corp people there (1 maller, 1 blackbird) made a run for the gate against my battleship. I nearly killed the BB but he got out of my optimal with his 1 or maybe 2 MWD's, the maller was also almost destroyed. They proceeded to tell me that if i refused to let them go CFS would come up here and make me regret killing them. Those are the events as I recall them.

But that doesn't matter right? No .. they claim their friends... if they were indeed friends, then they likly woulda remained in the Fix. Even if a corp sais they are friends of the cfs, that doesn't mean they truly are. Something perhaps you guys should have considered before going on the warpath ... but thats ok, cause thats what CA did the first time. In the event it truly woulda been an alliance member, if you guys look in the NAP, there are contengency issues in there to handle it. Read it. You can do anything you set your mind to.

If this group possed curse members under the pretext that they were CFS friendly, you can res assured I'm sure that the CFS will deal with them for threatening the peace treaty with CA. So, CFS, just a question here. Has this so called CFS friendly corp just made an enemy of the CFS? Cause I sure as hell want to shoot them down for making my mining enterprises twice as risky as they once were. ---------------------------------

That includes and is not limited to corporations that are neutral or even hostile to the CFS. Must commend your leet abilities to screen war enemies from bystanders. Yeah, it may be a warzone in your eyes, but that would be the same as me declaring war on lets say.. a small alliance up in syndicate then blasting everyone without event trying to check who's who. I'd of course be labelled a pirate, but apparently not if i'm in an alliance? lol Kestrels hitting indies for loot..
