A large group of CFS ships, today Engaged an Oracle fleet in HED-GP, and forced us away. They then proceded down into central Curse and laid siege to d87 system. But alas to no prevail.
The Oracle Group came up behind them and gathered a force from the curse elite fighting team Alpha, and some of our prime figthrs in curse, to my account all 12 ships, was destryed.
But anyway respect for standing up and fighting.

MAN!!! I miss all the fun!!! STUPID WORK!!! And I am only on my second break!!! THIS SUX!!! I QUIT!!! I WANNA PLAY EVE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!!!
Sounds like CFS has gotten a little better at PvP then the last time we fought them.

Good fight yes.
I counted 3 Scorps, 2 Mega's 3 Caracal's 2 BB's and several Frigs killed for now losses.
Suprisingly lag free too

Yup, we jumped them camping a gate, got 2 scorps, they all fled, and for somereason warped back in one at a time

Honestly I was glad to see a CFS fleet move into curse since quite many CA were fighting us in stain and catch.
Then I watched the map later and saw a huge number of ships destroyed in d87 in the last hour, and no signs of the CFS fleet, so I kinda expected something like this.
So after all, all they did was to give you lots of fun and some modules, d'oh.

Well when u consider the ammount of experience SA and CA have had, it's hardly suprising (trying not to be smug) - i respect them for trying though. SA tend not to assault much now since evolution left.

Thanks for at least acknowledging the effort. The ships you killed werent all of the fleet. Some did manage to get away after that scatter then warp back to the trap one at a time fiasco
All in all not a bad training excercise though. Most of the fleet out there today were people that had never fought together before, so once the CA reinforcements got there the end was somewhat predictable.
BTW I had this annoying itching feeling tonight.. you guys werent molesting my corpse were you ?

Ah Einheriar - that explains why we spotted 5 Oracles passing through Amarr to Kor-Azor gate earlier in the evening.
We (Dark Seraph & PIE) scrambled 13 ships in 15 mins - but you had already gone Pity we didnt catch you before you ambushed those brave CFS pilots 
We did manage to destroy an Oracle frig and shuttle later if its any consolation to the CFS
Not sure if those losses will bring the terrorist corp to its knees though it all helps

Seeing we where slighty outnumbered in the Amarr home system, we decided, to pull our force to another sector, and decimate our enemies another place
Good response time Hardin, well next time we will be more, but my main goal with this little fleet, was to get some combat actions, for Oracle¦s pilots, and they got it, after the defeat of the CFS group, we proceded down into stain, and laid sige to several of their systems there

Speaking of Ammar Slavers, we were suprised to run accross a Pie (Cold Lazarus) in CFS space, We engaged him, took him to 50% armour and he warped, telling us in local that "was that all you have you F'in Pu$$ies?" Needless to say 2 minutes later his Raven was kindly dropping all his loot to us .
I always thought Pie members flew ammar ships only?

Since I wasn't online yesterday I'd say your corpse is still unmolested 
Anyway: What convinced CFS to attack us? Don't get me wrong, I'm fine with it and I won't start smacking. Especially since CFS holds a special place in my heart from my corps pre-alliance days.

You seem to be reasonable so I will tell you the story. The former CEO of our corporation sold us his account. He has been dormant for three months, and when last logged on was in curse space (mind you this was prior to us joining the CFS when he was out there)
When we joined the CFS, we purposely did not log him on because of the NAP CFS had with Curse. When the statement came out that the NAP had been dissolved. We logged him on to try and get him out.
Within three seconds of logging him on he was immediately convoed and told he was engaging in an act of war.
We tried to explain what was going on, but it was obvious that no matter what we did, his logging on was going to be used as an excuse to start a war....so we logged him back off.
IN SHORT
We indaved because of the declaration of war.

Thank you for admitting that we had no NAP, which was the reason we were trying to get him out of Curse space. How could we be breaking a NAP by logging on a dormant character if there was none.

Sorry Einheriar but thats a fabrication. Funny to see the reason evolve in the forums.
CA wanted to rush in as they felt CFS was weak and I presume they wanted some of the action.
When I spoke to ppl including yourself about why the NAP was being broken, I got a few different answers. Our FSB had changed (it hadnt), violations of CA space by CFS pilots (CA pilots where regularly seen in CFS space) even had one of yours turn up in a gang to help hunt rats in the FIX (nice guy and he was just asked to leave) you can appreciate the irony of that one.
Why not just admit the truth ? Anyway at the end of the day we know the truth and so do you whatever forum spin is out on things.

Your "leaders" were informed what had happened they knew their pilots had violated the nap and we had voted to dissolve the nap for that very reason the council decided to do it. If your leaders did not tell you it is dissolved then thats your communication problem.
Also after the NAP had been cancelled we have not enganged CFS pilots in CFS space they had come down to engage us. For what possible reason why they would even do that when they have enough problems in their own space is their reasons. But at the end of the day CA had yet again fight in their own territory so keep your bull**** to yourself.

EDIT: I'm genuinly sorry to hear we're at war with CFS again since, as previously stated, I like them. The idea of keeping 0.0 space open to everyone is a nice thought.
My loyalty to the CA is, of course, unbroken though. I will attack any CFS I encounter but I will do so with a nice attitude completely free of any smacktalk. Good luck CFS. (Not too good though)

An explanation was given.
One I think was quite clear and fair.
So why are we at war really? It wouldn't happen to do anything with the appearance of a convinent jumpgate into CFS space would it?
I'm sorry, please don't force me to choose between the CFS and Oraccle. I mine in the CFS zones, simply becasue I have been threatened to much by CA not to mine or conduct buisness there. Also apllications for access to Curse are currently closed.
Also, comments from CA members that they are a conquering alliance and empire threaten my free enterprise, and the freedom I obtained from being a slave child. My money goes into freeing more slaves and helping them to get better and healthy lives, and the CA threatens that. What is the point of freeing slaves, only to threaten their independence and free will to choose their own lives with out it being threatened.
CFS will get my support, and regretfully, if I am forced to come to war (which I hope can be averted) to war with CA (and regretfully Oracle) I shall go.
Makkar, I respect you fully, even if I do not know you that well. I have even supported your oft times questionable acts on behalf of our people. Please, don't force me to choose this path brother. This lame excuse for a war must cease now. I thought you had more important things to consider than the conquest of free space, which is technically what this appears to be.
