Good to still see a fellow beta corp still doing well. Our numbers are def dwindling.
I recomend HDY to anyone seeking a good industrial corp with a great reputation. HDY are a class act.
So who do you pay off in polaris to get to keep all of those cool graphics in your post?

Thanks for the kind words from the most venerable players above.
Pacman, HDY has been around since September 6, 2002 when we went active. We're a pre-beta Corporation, one of the few remaining, who have been there since the begining.
We've watched EVE develop and suffer growing pains however we now feel EVE is at the point where we may again open our doors and expand our operations.

LOL it was August when the final plans were being arranged but the website went active September 6, 2002 as that is when the website was pretty much finished its initial birthing.
DW, quit drinking so much, HG said it would be the death of me and now you seem to be taking over. RocknAngel says hello by the way but he's over in Ultima Online now.

yea hdy are kool i remember the ole days when venal wasnt claimed and i ran a few private missions for some of their members up there. good ppl those hdy. ( Classic name too for u star wars buffs)

Luther: Thanks for the kudos. That application goes into a database which is with the applicant throughout their HDY career. That database contains all the pilots information, medals, promotions etc. etc. in addition to many many many other things which are behind our members area.
Homo: EVO has always left HDY to conduct its own business and your members have been courteous and professional when dealing with the HDY associates. For that you and yours are always welcome to shop at HDY, whatever your needs may be.

- Enter your REAL name 
- Date of birth ect. A lot of personal info not given out lightly
Again nice site but way too much on the personal info side that should be at best volounteerily.

Senator: hehehehe Actually we never dropped the SOG at all... They are just a specialized department within the MIL DIV now and the prerequisits for that Department are pretty up there. This helps ensure that those who reach that level truely deserve to be there.
ShadowSpawn: Be that as it may, HDY strives to provide a gaming community for its members and not just something to kick around in while playing EVE. By asking the questions we do we get to know the people who are members of the Corporation. Thus far you are the 2nd person to have an issue with the information requested. Thats 2 people and we've had approximately 300 applications since opening our doors with the database format. Not bad odds.

Ahh...Xtinction my very first PvP experience. I remember Thrall camping a gate with some other rat, trying to kill me in beta. I fought back but, had to run cuz my executioner was not uber enough

Im just saying I wouldnt give that kind of info to people I dont know regardless of what number of people applied and had a problem with it or not
As I said Very nice site
Not so very nice application form. At least if its because of the community and all it should still be volunteer information I mean for all purposes they can call themselves anything

Aye, LOL I remember Xtinction.
I remember an encounter in Beta when I overestimated my experience. It involved an encounter with me pounding on an Xtinction member and quickly turned into me almost having my ship blown out from underneath me when his mates showed up to assist.
Those were the good ol days, when death was cheap and EVE was free.

HDY is a great place to hang your hat, as friendly and well organized as any corp in Eve I've experienced.
For all the praise our website gets, most don't know the half of it. Our member's area contains some exceptional tools. There's an easy to use GUI that tracks your skills, and a qualification area that tells you exactly what you need to be trained in to do what tasks within the corp. The site will compare your skills to the qualifications and tell you what you are qualified to do and what you need to work on. We even have a section to request new ships, equipment, or clones which are then automagicaly sent to your commanding officer for approval.
Make no mistake, HDY's strength is her people, but we have some very nice bells and whistles too.

With the new structure at the Hadean Drive Yards we are looking for specific personnel (or Corporations interested in mergers) with specific areas of expertise.

Combat Support
Research and Development (agent relations)
Production and Manufacture

When I was looking for a corporation to join back during the end of beta, the website made a big impression on me. There were (like today) a lot of corporations from which to choice, but I figured given the level of effort needed to make the HDY website, I had to try Hadean out.
Been happy ever since.

You know Khemikal, we worked that poor boy to the bone and then when he was no good anymore we sold him to the first Amarrian scientest that came along.
Khemikal brings up a valid point though, a lot of work has gone into the Drive Yards both internally and the parts that the public sees. We take pride in our Corporation, in our professionalism and in our products.

I can defintly recommend HDY to anyone whos looking for a good well kept corp that has an extremely good structure.
The website and the diffrent ways in which you can check your chars progress really makes you feel like your contributing.
