Querious is the gateway to the south-west, always has been always will. It was through Querious that BoB first made their way into Delve and PB on their route to take back their old homeland... They're like Dominixes themselves. All drone work while leeching the hell out of others. Only they do it with real people without any consideration, and it's starting not to be as efficient as they want to. Edit: And Dominixes are much cooler.
