So, to sum up, this picture shows:
1: +25m3 drone bay on the Zealot
2: -1 high, +1 mid on the Absolution
3: -1 mid on the Ishtar
4: A vastly nerfed RSD II (-30/-40 instead of -52/-52)
5: -1 high, -1 low, +2 mid, +80 CPU on the Vagabond
6: +1 turret point on the Eagle
This will indeed cause discussion, no matter if the image is real or not

I see nothing "wrong" with the picture.
It's definetely a lot of the things people were asking for here and there for... well... like, forever ?
Fake or not, looks pretty decent overall.

I do wonder about the damps though. Previously it was suggested that they will get "nerfed" by having you choose which of the two effects you want to apply to the target. This would effectively cut their strength in half, because you'd need two of them to have the effect of one (practically you probably would mix and match a bit differently though).
So why is it necessary to reduce their effectiveness further?

Anyway, it's just Devs playing. No one in their right mind would put a 6th mid on the most overpopular possibly overpowered ship in the game.
I predict that this thread will end in massive disappointment when none of these changes even make it to test, let alone Tranq.

-Vagabond with 6 meds? Why not release Jove ships aswell?
-Absolution with 4 meds. Very good, if you know how to fit it. But the missing High takes Missile dps away. A Gangmod was un*****ble anyway.
-Eagle needs 5 turrets. Agree or disagree, it needs them.
-Nerfed Ishtar? This ship is pretty weak when used like intended, ya know? We will see...
-Nerfed Damps! Ha Ha !

Well if they nerf damps, there's no need to kill an ishtar med. Do the gallente damp using ships get an extra 5% or something to compensate for the nerf?
Um... errr...
I see them ok-ish.... dunno about the vaga and the ishtar though

yay for the eagle, would bring it in line a bit
vaga? hells yeah, gotta love even more versatility. your highs will still do their damage. not to mention just one less low slot would further balance the 'flight vs combat' decision in fitting it. (to say a bit less of both and a bit more of one or the other)

Nay for vagabond. That ship is way over the top atm, it doesnt need another large shield extender t2.
Drones for zealot, depends on bandwidth really, but id love some :)

you'd be low on lows for uber speed if your trying to fit another extender.
only so much fitting after guns and mwd.

But in all seriousness. Compare the shadows on the number 4s, 5s, and 6s. They are inconsistant and the screenshot has not been taken with window transparency on to make it more credible.

Lets hope its shopped. That vaga has to be wishful thinking. I mean it wont affect speed setups much, yet it would speed AND shield tank like a mother****er.
If I had an Alt I would probably post with it... |

The shadow on the -40 is pretty good though.
The guy seems to know what he was doing, but was just too lazy to do it properly

Well, shopped or not, those changes/ideas aren't half bad. The Ishtar nerf isn't needed or justified, not the Vaga boost, but otherwise not bad at all.
