We could dock their 24hours before and all of a sudden is disappears when you offer us rent or gtfo. You could dock there 24hours before cos the station was in eclipse hands not tinfoil, and you needed to have +ve standings with eclipse right away otherwise our POS's would have pwn'd you When we transfered the station to tinfoil the message to get you docking access back didnt hit the right people right away then all the drama happend. Nobody was forcing your hand to take a rent deal it was on the table to get you a space for your people. We did ask you to leave Delve as its BoB only and we dont rent that out to anyone. - for the MOTHERLAND! -

Mpire abandons the north and some come south. 2. BoB catches Mpire ratting in Delve and give them a *****ing. 3. BoB tells Mpire if they want a system in an area off the front lines they have to pay for it. 4. Mpire throw a wobbly fit and start talking to the Goons about "options". 5. BoB find out about it and Mpire lose their docking rights. 6. Mpire are still considering changing sides (although by the posts most of your members seem to think they are going to be shooting BoB and Co quite soon). We have fought so long and so hard against numerous enemies in the north. Eventually we fell, and a decision was made to save us from basically a long drawn out war which would have left many of us broke and less prepared to fight in the near future. We went south, to aid MC and BoB, believing that our actions would be welcomed and that we would be a great asset to the war. To many of us, what occured next was such an insult and betrayal. Whilst we have many enemies in the East, the ones I have fought have almost always been honourable. The recent war against the Razor alliance and her allies was bitter and we did our best. Those that were actually there know the efforts made against us were like waves crashing against cliffs until the weekend the Tsunami hit and broke through our walls. I would rather fight with honourable enemies, than those who have basically just spat on us for doing our best. I look forward to working with all of you guys, because there is honour in what you are fighting for. We will win, because of that alone. The Band of Brothers has no honour in what they fight for.

This really shouldn't come as a suprise to anyone who remembers when the OP was the "official spokesman" for ASCN on these forums. Look, BoB's model of empire building is that a core of elite PvPers take space by force, own it, and rent it to residents who aren't so good at taking space by force themselves. Better or worse, that's their model. Seems like the OP isn't philosophically opposed to that model (since he threw in with BoB in the first place) except when it is applied to him. Boo f'n hoo. In BoB's model, you don't rate as an ally (someone who has proven that they can take and hold their own space). You got some space on MC's coat-tails, and you couldn't hold it. That classes you as a resident in their model. In their model, residents pay rent. You knew that before you threw in with them. To act hurt and offended now is more than a little hypocritical. Bottom line is that these are the guys who ran you out of Feyth in the first place, so not really natural allies, I'd say. This move is hardly a suprise. So, go join the other guys. Their model is egalitarian. Any old somebody can join in because their model of empire building is based on a Mongolian horde (no offense intended to any Mongolians reading along) of not-so-elites. As long as the game mechanics give these tactics some weight, they may stand a chance, but don't count on it. In February they had lots of momentum and looked to be unstoppable. Nine months later they look a lot more stoppable, and time is not on their side. At any rate, good luck. If this doesn't work out any better for you than your last two incarnations, you can always turn-coat again. Take care, though.
