Cap Batteries are good on Transport Ships, give them the power to do long warps in one hit.

I agree! I use them on frigs with crappy capacitor capacity  as well, for the same reason.
Shield Flux Coils get my vote.

Gotta disagree here, my dual-micro-injected PvP Iteron Mark V wouldn't be able to run a dual SAR II tank without the cap from the 150 charges it gets from the micro injectors.
Or was in 200 charges? Can't be sure...

I don't think your right on alot of counts though.
Large cap batteries are not used very often, there is a good reason for that.
There are a junkload of rigs that are more or less pointless
ever seen anyone fit a 50mm plate?
