Tank's one of the few who I would consider a bona fide pirate in this game. Seems as if most of those who call themselves "Warriors" are really just forum fighters. Tank releases a video in which he hunts random people down and ransoms them or kills them... Very cool indeed.

Never ever ever ever pay a pirate's ransom!
And if it is Tank CEO - dont even bother saying a word - he likely will misunderstand you or just wont get it.

Bah, end yourself. Thats the first in all my ransoms that there was a misunderstanding by his part. Fine, you dont wanna pay the ransom thats fine with me, ill just blow u up, it doesnt effect me. I got the pleasure of destroying your ship. Your the one being dumb not paying a easy ransom.

I think it is quiet funny how people say noobs quit when they get podded, I never did, I used to ninja mine jaspet in my noob ship in aurohunen. Those damm spvd guys killed off loads of my frigs...did I care? Hell no, cause I knew it was part of the Game...I moved on to Ennur to get podded by h4x0 (that ****ed me off slightley cause it was the original me and had no isurance on my rupture). Did I ever hold anything againtst these guys for doing it? No (well kinda to h4x0 )
What does make noobs leave is the constant monnie coddling they get from empire huggers, One of my alts is in an empire corp and what they say to new players nearly makes me sick, they talk about instantdeath in 0.4 and below, which is not trueat all. They put alot of emphasis on loosing ships, clones and implants when it is not such a big deal, as they are bought to be used and lost.
Most of the playerbase makes me sick, as they try to justify their selfish actions and their tiny cowardly backbones.
As for pirates having honour, well we honour our word, but dont try to rip us off or **** us over as YOU will come out worse. When i first read this thread I wanted to know who the rat was that had ripped Severed off as one bad rat gives us all a bad name. Now I see him for the worthless piece of crap he is, he tried to screw tank over and failed, imho it was no mistake over getting confused about ammounts, it was a really stupid delay tactic so that he could get away, well Im so glad it really turned out bad for you severed.
Players telling other players not to pay ransoms are usually the first to cry stop in local, all big and mouthy on the forums but are total pu$$ys ingame.
Id recommend every1 to pay a ransom, saying that you dont want to pay a ransome, because you would perfer to be out of pocket than the pirate gain anything just goes to show how stupid you really are. Gain for me is never about isk, its about fun, I get the same ammount of enjoyment out of blowing people to bits as roleplaying out a ransome. But, roleplaying out a ransome can be enjoyed by both parties and that is why I perfer it. I dont really mind people getting mad and angry at me, but I perfer it everyone has a good time, either winning or loosing.

If you're flying an armageddon, and don't have 30 mil in your wallet, then you should put it back in the hangar, or risk losing it completely.
actually so treu, personally i wouldn't even pay in the first place.. (1-2 warpcore stab when u mine alone in 0.4 or below is all u need.. )
and even if i get my bs shot down i will have a good insurance to back me up for that..

Hmm pay an easy ransom? 30 Mil is not an Easy ransom by any means. I have been playin this game for a few months now and 30 mil takes me a while to get. so i dont know what smoke your *****in but pass it this way please.

This is some pretty good Eve-stuff. Reading the chat log I would say the main lesson is to press that shiny red button as soon as some pirate tries to obtain ransom from you. |

Because M0o went to go attack curse and im against it, well, attackin FE that is, since im still freinds with FE and didnt and will not shoot people I have played along side with for 8 months, so i left and formed my own corp, btw *****cat, get your ass on man. where ya been.
