After the performance hotfix on thuesday (AFAIR), we had a brief battle with FE, 15 ships on our side, around 30 on their side, and the lag was quite bearable. I'd say I got around 3-5 fps, which is quite good with the number of ships involved. No drones were used, and a limited number of missiles (was long range battle), but still a lot better than what I've experienced before.
Even if nothing conclusive can be said about it yet, it looks good so far.

Well.... as much as I hate to admite it, Lord Zap has a point.  The CA has let in many of it's old enemies & grown fat as of late. But m0o decided instead of talking to the CA about it, to attack instead. Fine. Not all the CA Corps are fat. Even with a good point behind him Lord Zap is pretty full of himself. If m0o is so "UBER" than why run and ask for help from EVOL & Company?? Why... because they can't fight the "fat" CA by them selves & they know it.
If anyone is going to demand anything... It sure isn't going to be you little man. Get off your high horse & and fiqure out who is the getting lazy here... Is it the CA for absorbing its old foes?? or m0o for Joining with theres??  Yep, your doing just what your complining about. The cost for you re-joining the CA can & will be decided later. But keep your wallet handy.

We did not ask for Evols help. I think they just figured it would be fun to attack CA again also as it will be fun. Speaking personally I would prefer it if evol did'nt help, as it will detract from our kudos. Howerver I do relise it will be our hardest fight to date, it will be interseting over the next few weeks to see how it unfolds.

3.) we start our normal tatics killing you all over the place
4.) you get mad start calling us cheats because the way we fight doesn't allow you much chance to kill us.
5.) you blob up in one system, and still say you own curse.
6.) your less known industrial and pvp corps cant take the losses any more and bail to empire.

It's been awhile since I explored Curse. Hopefully I'll be able to see a few fleet battles as I'm zipping through.

The "death" of the CA has been announced time and time again, and yet we are still around... and we will still be around after the fight with M0o and all those who jump on their band wagon...
We've had the universe of Eve against us before and we're still around. The difference is this time is that we've got to dust of our combat ships, and put away our miners for a bit...
I can't wait this will be a great fight, i have the uttmost respect for M0o and its members...
and when it comes to the petition button i only seem to have to use it when i fight evolution... such cheaters...

Anyways, Lady, m0o have let our enemies into they're corp as well, an allying with evol is another "huh" thing..
But honestly did CA question m0o's recruiting polices? An does m0o tell CA who they are allowed to let in or not? No.
I think some of the recruiting got a little carried away. But it makes CA stonger as a whole.
As we do everything via council, it was accepted by a majority an m0o, I don't even think had a council seat?
Someone jumped the gun on this whole war thing is all....

Personally i agree that we need to do some weeding out of pure mining corps (mining corps from what I have seen) and trim off some of the fat.

actually, Tel'Rek, this has been gone over before, you're just new to the game.
evol went after the CA because it housed ppl who attacked evol. the ppl who attacked evol happened to be pirates.
we did not go after them because they were pirates.
now, i already said, we kill CA because we don't like them. they cry when they lose fights, they lie, and they supported our enemies.
correcting people's errors is fun. |
