No they did not pay.
m0o have just made their biggest mistake to date. They are a joke and zappy has efficiently ruined what little respect they had left. They can't fight CA, the issue has been resolved in other ways.
m0o corp has a great history. They practically invented the "pirate" tactics the kids today use. It's a shame that the corp would go down as a common joke instead of being remembered with the respect it deserves.
