And regarding customer service CCP is fairly decent, try SOE or EA and you will know what Im talking about. Continue working on your skills and eventually you can take that mission and any other mission by yourself (lvl 3 on down). If the screen freezes in the exact same spot everytime screen shot it and send it with any other information you can when you file your petition. Be precise as possible. If it is lag that is causing the screen freezing then you don't get the ship back but if it is a different issue that between your information and their logs it might help get it back. Also, with the mission help sites sometimes players will say if they experienced lag or not as well as how many ships they are going up against. There were a few times when I first started I kept dying in the same spot everytime - rookie mistakes - usually it was heavy lag and it appeared as if the screen had frozen just before I blew up...that really sux dying in slow motion. ________________________ Originally by: CCP Prism X Hah! Nevertheless you can only fly one ship at a time. I could rather need a few billion isk than 10 or 20 mil more SP and sadly my wallet doesn't fill itself, while being more or less inactive.

You want to be a Pally or a Thief, you know pretty much what kind of items you want to equip, even if you don't know exactly what they are. With EVE it's a complete learning experience. Overnerfing creates unbalanced ship builds. Stop overnerfing!
