[RHCRP] Expansion [Nov 16]
Once again hello everyone.
It seems that I am slowly getting more and more familiar with these forums, and hopefully I am becoming more and more familiar to you as well.
It is my goal to establish myself within the investing community and hopefully unlock the endless potential of being able to work with investors on new and exciting endeavors.
RHCRP is my holding corp for the bond I am currently running.
RHCRP is the very first public bond I've ever offered. It is my first actual experience working alongside investors.
I think it's important that I establish these facts early on in this post to avoid any confusion in the future.
I do however hope that the investors I have been working with thus far will find their way to this thread and perhaps elaborate on their experiences with me regarding the bond.

Please note the dates of these threads before posting in them, they're far from the first page. If you have any questions or comments, post them in this thread.
RHCRP launched conservatively. This was primarily due to the fact that it's my first offering, and I wasn't sure how much I could take on. So Initially I announced my dividend returns at a safe number, something I knew I could do, and only took on very low amount of investments.
Well time has shown that my conservative estimates were just that--conservative.
After much discourse amongst investors, it has been decided that the natural progression of the bond is to expand itself until it reaches capacity.
Capacity is both defined as what investors feel they want to put in, and how much I can personally handle, both game-mechanically and mentally.
Also it is very important to take note of the fact that, while more shares are being added, the actually cost of the shares is the same, and the originally planned dividend percentage will NOT go down. It will continue to be 15% minimum, and any additional gains will continue to go toward the dividend.
This is made possible by the fact that I currently have room to support more funding, and can continue to diversify even further in the markets, without making any sacrifices to the value of shares.
Over the past few days a private offering has been given to current shareholders, and they were provided first dibs at reserving new shares.
This expansion consists of an additional 10000 shares. However, the corporation is also going to hold 7000 shares on top of that.
The reason for this is to allow for a progressive integration of shares over time. To prevent exceeding my limitations, more shares will be offered very slowly on top of the expansion.
This will come as a gradual process and will be entirely based on assessment of my personal capabilities in handling the additional funding and actually being able to use it.
As a result of these additional shares being kept on-hand and not utilized immediately, multiple dividends will end up being paid out each month, in rapid succession.

To explain further:
The dividend will be paid like normal, however a small percentage of the payout will end up in the holding corp's wallet. I will continue to issue out the dividend until all of the ISK has been emptied from the wallet.
You will not lose ISK from this, and your investment will still be the same. Ultimately, all it means is that you will receive 4 or 5 emails regarding the dividend, rather than a single mail.
If this doesn't make sense or you have any questions regarding it, feel free to ask, as I'm unsure if I've adequately explained it.
Also in addition to that, any questions regarding any aspect of the bond are more than welcome and I will try my best to address them.
Please review the 3 links I've provided above to get an idea about my bond and what has been going on.
Anyone is more than welcome to join the mailing list, RHCRP, whether you're an investor or not, it's open to all eyes.
This thread is essentially dual purpose, it will both announce share distribution and be used for questions / comments.
I will update share availability as they are claimed so that investors have an idea when the cut off point will be. Please note if you're interested in making a very large reservation, it can only be held for a short period time as it cuts off sale to other potential investors.

Also, just because it came up a few times: RHCRP does NOT accept shares of other IPOs as payment.
This is a public offering. Any individual can invest. Shares are ready to be purchased as of the creation of this thread.
To clarify once more: shares ARE available. You can purchase them upon reading this.
Please also note that the first set of investors had a chance at first pick on these shares, so their reservations will be filled first.
And finally:
The bond will still run for the intended period of time (a total of 6 months).
After the bond reaches maturity and the six months have elapsed, a buyback will be offered to all investors. However, At that time, there may also be interest in a continuation of the bond, or a new offering.
Investors will be provided the option to sell all their shares back at full value, or continue on board with the next phases of the bond.

Nearly half has been claimed. Although I use the term claimed very loosely, as some of these are rather ambiguous reservations based on a few investors potentially freeing up ISK to make the investment.
For the time being, there is quite a bit of availability to go around to any public investors. If any reservations are changed or canceled, the additional availability will be announced.

Eh... I still have most of the same reservations that I did in the original thread.
I also think it is too soon to get more investment after the initial offering.
That said, I would like to reserve 1000 shares (1 billion isk) worth. I can afford to lose it and I would like you to prove me wrong. I can definitely get the money to you within 24 hours, more likely it will be far less than that. I just can't log in right this second to send the money.
And just to confirm, the money should be sent to Riethe?

I think the guy has a good head on his shoulders. I have spent a little time in-game with him and am willing to give him a shot. Obviously due to the higher risk involved EBANK is only investing profits earnt thus far to ensure no customer's funds are lost.
So EBANK has purchased 2.5b worth of bonds. (500 of which are for me personally to buy back off EBANK when I get C-P-H sorted out.
This is not an endorsement of any sort. We are taking a risk just like everyone else

Just to clarify for everyone: There is a lot of room for investment right now.
As far as availability is concerned, there's no issue there at this point in time. It's a relatively large expansion, so I don't think it'll fill up quite as fast as most think.
I'll be transferring everyone's shares shortly.

Just some quick general information for everyone:
Please read all the threads if you're planning on investing. There's a lot of useful information regarding the bond that might be worth reading up on.
Share availability is not a large concern right now. Keep in mind this expansion is made to support up to 17,000 shares. Your investments and reservations can still be noted down. The additional shares (the 7,000 shares) will eventually be distributed. Chances are they won't be officially distributed until after the next dividend payout.
To answer a few other concerns I've received in-game:
Some investors prefer privacy. If you're that kind of investor, you do not have to publicly announce your investment.
This is entirely at your discretion. If you inform me you'd like to remain private, I will respect that wish.
I also generally like to get in contact with everyone on an individual level, so don't panic if I convo you.
We're all peers here, and hopefully I can adequately convey my personal interest in the success of my business. I feel that the interaction aspect of the venture is just as important as the dividend payout.
However, if for some reason the only email you'd like to receive from me has the word "dividend" in it, I can respect that wish as well.
