EVE Search - The Big Logoff!!

I suppose that's the difference between having a satisfied customer base, yeah those people who pay the bills, and having an unsatisfied customer base. The trick lies in the 80/20 rule. As long as 80% of your customers are happy, then you can follow the path you are on. If it goes up, you can grow, or change your business strategy. If it drops below 80% you loose customers until it's back at 80/20. Loosing customers requires you to shrink. Apparantly it was above 80%, since the last few months have shown a growing player base. Which is good for all of us. But from these posts, it seems CCP is not entirely happy that ISK can so easily be had. I don't understand why. The real blocking problem lies in skill training time, and having enough Trit/Pyerite to make battleships. I don't see why they had to introduce certain 'unrevealed' changes, such as the tech 2 reprocessing for mega/zyd. I can understand making npcs harder in belts in 0.0 etc to prevent afk mining. They really didn't do it because of people complaining about how the npcs are too easy in empire 0.0 But what has happened? People afk mine 0.5-1.0 and noobs are told during their tutorial to go mine xxx veldspar to arrive at a belt and see 20 secure cans, and no roids. FUN! (Which, btw, I consider as much griefing as gate campers.) In the end, I'm fairly certain that the reason for this thread, is to announce the fact that people are tired of seeing changes that aren't announced and being told after the fact, "You could have tested the patch on Chaos." YEAH RIGHT. EQ would not have as many players as they do, if they would reply to petitions with, "Sorry we can't help you. Goodbye." compounded by the fact that this game serves a VERY small market niche. Each customer you get should be valued because once you loose one, it'll be twice as hard to get a new one. Juicy graphics can only take a game so far. Anyhow, I do this event almost everyday, 5 minutes before D/T and I remain offline for several hours. :) -a'll

If you are unhappy with a worth while problem then bring it up with the GMs. I am sure once they have sorted through the hundreds of repeat mails moaning about the loss of a shuttle to gate campers or roid rats and the small changes that have destroyed their millions of (VIRTUAL) money, they will get to reply to you. Just quit with the my isk my game Bull excrement! Its old and it bugs the crap out of me. Our credit cards are billed automatically at the end of each month.. But there is a way to change that I recently sent in a peition that effected my gameplay greatly and i didnt hear ANYTHING for 4 days. CCP, Its time to start getting back to the basics of Customer service. Do you like movies about Gladiators?
