The answer is, in your own captain quarters you will be naked, because you get out of the pod naked. But you can't go outside without clothing on. I was kinda suprised by this in a good way, since it is realism but there are parts of the world where it's not as normal or at least accepted that there is such a thing as the nude human body. Hope CCP doesn't change their mind about it in the year or so it's taking to come out.

I guess this ties in to the morphing body - fat, skinny, muscly etc - of a player. It'd be nice if we could do some exercise in the quiet of our private quarters, perhaps, to help burn off fat, bulk up, or just work out the kinks and limber up after a term spent inside the capsule. ...after showering and throwing on a pair of shorts first, of course. I'm not terribly interested in staring at bare, pale Civire buttocks while Stitcher here does some pushups - The game is not the problem. The problem is that you are not adapting to the game.

All POD pilots do in space is sit in their pod, and get fed probably through an intravenous or esophogal tube, and unless you're wicked with tweaks, the metabolism quickly slows and the poor podder gets incredibly fat. Since gravity isn't a problem in the middle of a small egg-shaped pod filled with shock-absorbing gel, there's no risk to body function from all the adipose tissue.
