Incidentally, the frigid conditions today are perfectly normal Minnesota weather this time of year. I just hate it is all lol

At the moment, i am purely using it for my own entertainment. It's so much more convenient plugging in that small box into my pc, than having multiple Amps, pre-amps, effects, eq's, etc

However, once i manage to deal with the latency issue i am getting between the unit and my speakers (it's rather off putting when what you're playing is half a second behind) I'd love to record some stuff to improve my skill level.

Well, after a week in the repair shop I finally got my piece of sh*t '93' Toyota 4Runner back today. Initially the head gasket was blown which was letting coolant enter the cylinders causing it to overheat.

After ripping it apart, the shop said the head was cracked which needed to be replaced. On top of that they said it needed a new Cam Shaft, Valve Job, Timing Belt, Radiator, Thermostat, various Tune Up and Smog parts, etc.

It cost $1715.00 when the original estimate was only $1200.00.



Good news is it's running much better now.

Now that the top end and front end is basically all new, I'm pretty sure after a while the bottom end will also need to be redone. Course that means everything will have to be removed again. I should have had them do up the Piston Rings and Crank Bearings while it was ripped apart.
