4/10 but only because I'm completely skull obsessed. Outside of those issues the meat is neat. This avatar was actually the default jaw/nose/lips structure for the race, which is also my first character and i (at the time) had no idea that we can modify the facial structure attributes by dragging them. Regardless, i agree to what you've said but there's not much i can do about it now :(
You could just ask for the one-time resculpt... but better practice resculpting first with some alts (start them, tinker with them, then go back without saving).
Oh, and yours is not the base structure... they're randomly generated for each new character, which means you really better practie a lot before touching Sarah, otherwise you could destroy a unique avatar for no gain. Less-than-beautyness is what gives Sarah a lot of personality.
EVE residents: 5% Wormholes; 8% Lowsec; 20% Nullsec; 67% Highsec.

Looks a bit plain tho, changing the background making it a bit more vibrant could do the trick.
The eyes however are very well done and love the general look of the avatar
