I like your avatar - it has character. While I'm not a fan of the highlights and imo the background seems to clash, those are both personal preference. I'd say 8.5/10.

What a fringe.
Excepting the fact that your head appears to be being slowly swallowed whole by some strange Gallentean space cat, I actually quite like this.
My only constructive piece of criticism is that the very bright blonde and the bright blue background don't sit well with a darker shade of skin tone. But that's just a matter of tastes and perhaps it's just down to lighting.

I know that I don't share everybody's opinion, but if I can find a char boring, it's not the case when the picture shows some gravity.

I don't know if it can work, but you could perhaps try another background to fit better with her clothes. That's the only thing I can suggest.

Jax, you made a good use of these tatoos and cosmetics. That's an original and pretty portrait, but you could perhaps work on the expression because for the moment she seems a bit... blank. Background adapted, but easy choice (sometimes the best) 8.5/10
Mina, at first sight you are more classical, but the expression is good, a good point for the mouth slightly open without beeing ridiculous or caricatural. Another good point for this awful hair, it render pretty well on you. I usualy don't like non-realistic background but this one is adapted. You could eventually work to reduce the exposure of your cheek. 9/10

I know I've rated you before, but I don't remember what I gave you so here's another rating. 9.9/10
It's a bit too dark for my liking, but it's not "stupid" dark like some other portraits. It's dark, but you can still make out the face which is always a plus. The avatar, of course, looks amazing, but what knocks it out of the park is the color scheme. It's very nice. Love it! |
