I like it. Manages to look like an ordinary man but is not bland. The psoe si a bit wird with the angled shoulders but the overall effect is pretty competent. Often simpler is better. Will call it 7/10 until you sort the weird shoulders.

Nice skin, personally I like the looking into the eyes thing more than i like poses where people look away.
Nicely highlighted racial attributes. Maybe a touch more light?
(I tried for mine to make it look as if he was sitting down behind a desk while chewing his teeth because it irritates him what he is looking at)
Also agree with cadfael that maybe there is to much lump i the cheecks.

I am absolutely in love with the skin/hair colour combo. I also like the facila expression and the fact that you did not use a screamingly loud lip stick. Very well done 9/10.

Oh, I got you eventually! First things first, you got one nice cleaveage shot, subtle and sexy. The hairdo is perfect and matches everything, also makes the character very easy to identify. But, IMO you overdo her make up; the blush is too strong, and the eyes could use a lighter make up, more gray than black to say so. Also the lips could stand with something red or brown (there are nice browns in the lower half of the black lipstick). Making the lips stand out would work perfectly, specially in the smaller sizes.
Anyway it's a solid 8/10.
