Pose needs to be tightened up. The hard light is too much, especially going white/white/hard white light, on a fairly flat face. You could probably make this portrait significantly more interesting by merely striking a pose and throwing some lighting on which brings out her features instead of overwhelming them.
The hard light / hard shadow lighting on her face doesn't do anything for her in this pose, and doesn't make sense on the bright background. I would change the background to something higher contrast on this note.

Halete, a very nice matching of colours and lighting. Pose goes well with the facial structure and expression, as well as generally creepy eye colour. Only issue is that not all of the hairstyle is visible!

I did not only change the hair, there was a multitude of changes, but they were quite subtle, mainly optimizing lightning and shadows..oh, and that cool red-star shirt that all the cool kids wear now :)
No offense, but please, never take of your shades again. Those Zombie eyes freaked me out.
8/10 for Jeff Bridges in space...
oh,. maybe change the background to add some more colours...right now it looks like fifty shades of grey

Hard to see on a mobile screen sorry. 
And Grays eyes are actually dark brown. I changed them to blind on Sams advice. So blame him! Theyre back to normal now.
And i love my Gallente background! Vive La Gallente! I put it in as this is how i imagine a Gallente passport photo would look.
Also, Fifty Shades of Gray please.
