However as we zoom in ... the problem of HD arises.
The freckles are an unnecessary addition .
The face is too blunt.
Almost manly.
The single sided earring ruins the symmetry .
The tattoos are a nice touch, but with the freckles on , the face just becomes jumbled up.

Its just that CCP skipped on the anti-aliasing and gave my noses sharp polygons lol.
If you force anti-aliasing with your graphics card , its quite a bit better by quite a bit margin.
On to your portrait.
Well onto your portrait.
Its quit stunning in every angle 
However , as always.. the lips need some work, and that can't be more true for the lower lip.
You know what your lips remind me of right now?
Botox surgery gone wrong.
You might need some fixing for that .
Now to the face.
Well... people are probably gonna call me sexist for this, but imo.
Women should have sharp , graceful pristine faces .
While men should have blunt , strong and MUSCULAR faces.
Your toon's facial structure leans toward the later.
I'm not sure what you're going for , but if thats what you're going for.
I'll give you an objective 8/10 
If not , a subjective and rather sexist 7.21/10 from me

I tried to give all my alts some "matarian" looks(like Sheryl here), but I should be more careful with this botox injections in the future. ^-^
And yes, you are definitly right, I am going towards the blunt and strong direction. In fact I always make them as grumpy and blunt as possible and in a second step I reverse that with use of make-up, light & angle.
I see our personal opinions differ in this case but diversity is a good thing, I guess.

While the ideal female features are pristine and sharp and we can safely say that your 2 girls there doesn't really have such features. However it is also what makes them very realistic. Only a few women out there have the ideal features.
Chloe has always been one of my favourites of yours (if i remember correctly, its hard to differ them), but the new angle makes her lip look too large. Which is a shame.

You could probably tone down these features while still haveing a slight brutor look so Sheryl will look a bit more coherent.

The PERFECT women doesn't have to be all sharp and sleek .
What we need is the PERFECT combination , e.g: a sharp jaw line doesn't work as well for those with eyes apart like a bug .

While she doesn't have the golden ratio mask on her , she has a SOUL , a character , a sort of feminine aura that will melt even the coldest hears.
SHE deserves a 100/10.
And remains as one of the BEST character I've seen so far in EvE .
Mizhir , your portrait is alright.
BUT!
It has one MAJOR issues ,the EYES.
Not sure if you're racist or what , but asians don't have eyes like a grasshopper.
You kinda overdone it in your quest for the ehh...... overly asian matari?

Actually I agree with you. I prefer a look with soul as well. That's why I use the word 'ideal' because it is what mathmatic / scientific models shows ei what the 'perfect' look would be, but it isn't true beauty since beauty depends on the eyes of the beholder.
The one you linked is definitely one of my favourites as well.
As for my eyes. It wasn't my choice. The bloodline I chose back before the new CC got shafted and now we are stuck with those ugly eyes. So it is more an attempt to save my character.
As for your avatar. I like the scarring on the face, but the other side of the face just looks abit too soft and it creates a too big contrast between the 2 sides. I also like the expression but there isn't really anything else that stands out and gives the extra effect.

Eyes are not suppose to be in harmony.
Its suppose to piece through the shell of a character and tell the world who you are.

The face IS a little..... Off , it looks like a mask.

Only if you are able to repair the EVE-Uni's spirit. We kinda broke it in 2 days, so there is noting left to shoot :(
